The Malice Incarnation faction of the GUAE is the faction that has the most kinship with Melkor, due to being the home of those embodying or in charge of evil itself. Demons, devils and their equivalents are the most dedicated to the advancement of evil than any other GUAE member, though their inherently malevolent nature also makes them rivals towards Melkor. As such, he has to constantly remind them who's the biggest God of Evil.
Though not the biggest, baddest God of Evil, Lord Chaos was made the de-facto head because of his importance in the fight against Cosmos, with the Unholy Trinity working as co-leaders in a mocking parody to Eru and incarnations of God as a whole. According to Palpatine, it is here with the Dark Side is at its absolute strongest, more so than even within Melkor's direct presence.
The Devilhead

Chaotic Evil (of course) - Reason for joining: The destruction of the Goddess that opposes him, Cosmos, and control over all the Final Fantasy worlds.
- Loyalty to Melkor: Strong. With Cosmos leading the forces of Harmony, the forces of Discord need an equally strong ally (who can knock them all down), and Melkor fits the bill perfectly in Chaos' mind.
- Threat level: High to very high.
The Unholy Trinity
Angra Mainyu, God of Villains Doomed To Fail (Aŋra Mainiiu, Ahriman, Destructive Spirit, Evil Mind)

- Reason for joining: To make war on his brother and destroy all that is good.
- Loyalty to Melkor: As if such a being could show loyalty. As the OG God of Evil he claims that he should be the supreme head of the GUAE. But for now, he will tolerate the fallen Valar rather than risk losing power combating him and allowing his hated brother to gain strength.
- Threat level: Extremely high. Angra Mainyu is the equal in power to Ahura Mazda, which makes him one of the two strongest beings in existence according to Zoroastrianism. However his inherent spitefulness and ignorance is a limiter on his potential.

Dis, The Devil Himself (Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous, Father of Lies, formerly Lucifer)

- Symbol: Himself, falling like lightning from Heaven.
- Alignment: Chaotic Evil.
- Reason for joining: To serve his cause of eternally mocking his creator, and indulge his hatred of everything and everyone.
- Loyalty to Melkor: None. The Emperor of the Kingdom Dolorous considers Melkor and all those like him copycats and impersonators, stating to be the true source of all evil. However, behind his omnimalevolence there is a certain kinship between him and Melkor, and the GUAE is his best option to express his infinite rage at God and His creation.
- Threat level: Extremely high. Where it comes from, Dis is the ultimate source of malady and evil, and cosmically powerful. It would be higher were it not for the Father of Lie's Self-Inflicted Hell limiting mobility.
Incarnations of Malice
Teridax, God of Subjugating Beings of Immense Power (Makuta Teridax, Makuta, the Makuta, the Makuta of Metru Nui, Terry)

- Alignment: Neutral Evil
- Reason for joining: An entire faction of villainous and powerful beings makes for a vast supply of Unwitting Pawns for his schemes...
- Loyalty to Melkor: Non-existent. Teridax already has plans in motion to usurp the Dark Lord, though that isn't exactly unique amongst the beings of this alliance.
- Threat Level to Cosmos: Very high. Teridax commands a legion of Rahi (most notably the Manas and Visorak Horde), Rahkshi and Exo-Toa and is a powerful combatant in his own right, possessing immense physical strength and resilience and never-ending stamina alongside Elemental Shadow manipulation and an array of forty-two Kraata Powers. Even with all of that, however, his true strength lies in his ability to manipulate everyone around him, opponents and allies alike, into unknowingly working in accordance with his vast, all-encompassing stratagems - as all of those from his own universe (literally, at one point) know all too well.
Mephisto, God of Villains Harmed By Goodness (Donald Blake, Maya, Mephistopheles, Prince of Lies, Nick Scratch, Doctor Bultar)

- Reason for joining: What better reason than to spread misery and depravity, and to have far more opportunities for making deals
- Loyalty to Melkor: True loyalty is alien to Mephisto, however he is deeply impressed by Melkor's wanton depravity and corruption. So while he will try to betray him one day, for now he's enjoying working with him
- Threat Level: Very high. While his Stupid Evil acts can bite him in the ass and he's hurt by goodness, Mephisto is still an exemplary manipulator and powerful in his own right. Especially within his own realm, where he's strong enough that Galactus struggled to beat him.
The Beast, God of Large Red Devils (Abaddon, Azal, Satan, Krop Tor, Lucifer, The King of Despair, The Deathless Prince, The Bringer of Night)

- Reason for joining: To gain freedom for his immense physical body, wage war against God and spread his evil across the universe. Also, get back at the Doctor and Rose for beating him.
- Loyalty to Melkor: The Beast claims that he is the source of all evil and all versions of the Devil are inspired by him. See the problem? That said, Melkor is good company and can relate to being sealed away for eons
- Threat Level: High for his mental capacities and corruption. Extreme regarding what he could do with his physical body as well
HIM, God of Demonic Camp (His Infernal Majesty, King of Darkness, The Evillest of Evils, Kare)

- Reason for joining: To destroy the Powerpuff Girls and usher in the Hell on Earth seen in Speed Demon.
- Loyalty to Melkor: High, at least for a Satanic Archetype like himself. HIM is capable of getting along with other villains and likes Melkor enough, though wishes he could loosen up once in a while
- Threat Level: Much higher than he seems. He is far stronger than the Powerpuff Girls and is often beaten not physically, but because he tried and failed to break them.

- Reason for joining: To ensure the eternal defeat of Link and Zelda.
- Loyalty to Melkor: Moderate. He's not one for being bossed around, but tolerates Melkor for the most part if it means he achieves his goals

- Threat Level: High. You can't kill a Dementor, just slow its breeding or use things like a Patronus to ward them off. And the Dementor's Kiss is one of the most horrible fates in the pantheon, Death Is Cheap be damned
Molag Bal, Daedric Prince of Rape and Tempting Others to Do Evil (Stone-Fire — in Aldmeri, Harvester of Souls, God of Schemes, The Lord of Domination, The Hated One, Lord of Brutality, King of Rape, The Prince of Rage, Lord of Violation, The King of Corruption, Father of Vampires, the Slave-Lord)

- Loyalty to Melkor: So long as he helps his cause and doesn't get in his way, he's game. Molag Bal is certainly as sadistic and corruptive as the Dark Lord.

Vaatu, Dark Side Of Dueling Absolutes

- Reason for joining: Aid to usher in 10,000 years of darkness, chaos and general misery. Also, siding with Melkor would stick it to Lucifer, who Vaatu derides as too soft to be a being of chaos.
- Loyalty to Melkor: Medium-high. Vaatu did honor his bargain with Unalaq, so it's not going to turn on Melkor For the Evulz even if the butt heads on who should be on charge. And Melkor wants to bring about the age of darkness Vaatu seeks, so why complain?
- Threat Level: Massive. The equal of Raava, Vaatu is an incredibly powerful God of Evil that shall exist As Long as There Is Evil and always returns.
Trigon the Terrible, The Four-Eyed Devil (Trigon the Ravager, Skaath, Dredz)

- Reason for joining: An end to the world of mortals, and to take complete control of his daughter Raven
- Loyalty to Melkor: Low. Slade is quick to remind people what Trigon does to those he no longer needs. Also, the one time he was working alongside someone(another Trigon), and that didn't go well. However he is willing to work with a more serious God of Evil to achieve his malicious end goals.
- Threat Level: Extreme. While he may not be nigh-omnipotent like DC's real devil, he is still a phenomenally powerful demon lord and one of the only beings that fought Mr Mxyzptlk in a serious battle without being curb-stomped.
Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, Goddess of Strength Lacking Skill (Princess Kaguya, Rabbit Goddess, Ten-Tails Demon, Progenitor of Chakra, God Almighty, Mother of Chakra, Mother of All)

- Reason for joining: As the Emperor of Darkness, Yami saw it fit to join in the eternal spreading of hatred over the world.
