- "Salvaged" comes from the point of view of Springtrap as he swears to find whoever it is he's looking for, all while giving subtle hints as to his gruesome appearance and his less-than-noble intentions.
- The 2015 music video for the song "Mangled" features NateWantsToBattle (in his dark persona "NateMare") having kidnapped Matthew Patrick. Mat is bound and gagged with bloody rags crudely painted to look like Mangle from Five Nights at Freddy's, all while Nate is singing the incredibly creepy lyrics. The room is foggy and Nate's painted face is illuminated with a single swinging light bulb. The situation would be terrifying enough, but MatPat sells it even more by looking absolutely terrified.
- "This Is the End", being themed after Five Nights at Freddy's 4, carries with it the haunting terror of the game. The Nightmares' point of view is represented by screaming Harsh Vocals, and the lyrics have them telling the child that he'd be better off dead and that they are always lurking under the bed and are "the voices inside of [your] head".
- The Music Video shows the Nightmares, complete with their razor-sharp teeth and claws, lurking in the room's doorways and closets, red eyes glowing. A POV shot from the bed shows them all staring... at you.
- "Dead Silence" is a song based on the Genocide Route of Undertale. It comes from the point of view of Chara, congratulating Frisk for killing everyone. Chara states that the two of them are both monsters, then ends the song (and Music Video) by Laughing Mad and killing both Frisk and the viewer.
- "Phantom" is sung by the character of the same name, who is heavily implied to be Satan himself. In the Music Video, he watches a failing wannabe magician, and makes a deal with him to allow him to perform real magic onstage. After the magician puts on a hit show, he suddenly vanishes and reappears forever trapped inside the glass ornament on the top of Phantom's cane. As Phantom admires his new prize, he suddenly looks right at the viewer.
- Quite a few of the album and single covers are very creepy:
- The cover art for the single for "Monster Inside" is a mass of stringy, web-like flesh with an eye embedded in the center, staring...
- The art for "No More" is just the dark and empty office from the first Five Nights at Freddy's game. It would be a case of Nothing Is Scarier even for those without the context, but those who do know the context know what the image implies.
- Any of the singles or album covers that feature the Five Nights at Freddy's animatronics staring menacingly. Some have glowing red eyes and are shrouded in darkness: This Is the End, Enjoy the Show, Madness, Stay the Course, To My Grave, Five Nights at Freddy's, and Five Nights at Freddy's (Ultimate Collection) to name a few.
- The cover art for Scrap Heap (and its associated EPs and singles) is a disturbing image of a still alive severed head with Scary Teeth and glowing red eyes hooked up to machinary and floating in a vat of chemicals. The full art shows it's being observed by a group of scientists.
