The third character franchise created by Sanrio and Sega collaboratively note , and launched in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic, Beatcats is a virtual idol group of 5 anthropomorphic cats, Mia, Chelsea, Rico, Layla, and Emma. Unlike the two companies' previous collaborations, which are meant to develop into their own anime and manga, this franchise dabbles more into the music scene.

, where they not only post official music videos and dance tutorials. But would occasionally make vlogs where the members would talk about their lifestyle and activities outside of making music. Their vlogs can be viewed in English with Closed Captions.
