• CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES!^note  Started on Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series as a mockery of the absurd concept of dueling while also riding a bike. Come the series' end and it's now a positive jab at how the show was able to make said concept actually work.
• A lot of memes involve Jack in some way:
  • JACK ATLAS.^note Likely due to Jack's No Indoor Voice, it is now commonplace to write his name in all caps on This Very Wiki.
  • Jack's "obsession" with coffee.
  • ATLAS PUNCH!
  • ATLAS CHOKE!
  • The dub brings one along in the form of "magic glue".^Context Jack, in response to an explanation of the Yliaster: "So it's glue. You swore an allegiance to magic glue!?"
  • "ABSOLUTE POWERFORCE!" ^note  Jack's Calling Your Attacks for Red Daemon's Dragon/Red Dragon Archfiend.
• ZETSUBOU!!^{Explanation (Spoilers)} Aporia can't seem to go three lines without speaking of despair in some way. When he stands up to Z-ONE he does the same with hope.
• The dub also gives us "DRAGONS vs GODS!!!"
• Yusei's poncho. It only shows up in the filler Crashtown arc, but is very well remembered by fans and even appeared briefly in the manga. Becomes an Ascended Meme of sorts where 'Poncho Yusei' is its own storyline in Tag Force 5.
• "One Turn, Three Kill" originating from a duel in the Crashtown arc where Yusei defeats three opponents in one turn, prompting said line in Gratuitous English from a stunned onlooker.
• End Your Damn Turn, Jean!^Explanation Jean's completely milled out Yusei in his last turn, and all he needs to do to secure victory is to end his turn. However, just to force a win for Yusei somehow, he gets goaded into an attack that costs him the duel.
• The Twitch Marathon spawned a few new memes.
  • "Thanks Siri", in reference to the computer voice that details what certain cards do in the dub.
  • Referring to any members of the cast as someone from a previous series. "Tristan" for Yusei, "Bakura" for Jack, "Atem" for Trudge, and "Jesse" for Crow are some examples.
  • Lazar is referred to as Frieza due to being short, having a British accent, and generally acting like a pompous scumbag.
  • Continuing from GX, everyone is once again Goku. Greiger, like Viper before him, is referred to as "Goku Black".
  • BUY BLACKWINGS^note Many fans have heard the rumors of Crow being added to shill his archetype, which leads to this one.
• Bootleg Graceful Charity^note The Speed Spell - Angel Baton, a card that nearly every Turbo Duelist plays akin to Pot of Greed, is a Spell Card that allows the player to draw two cards and discard one. Its effects are similar to Graceful Charity thus the comparisons were inevitable.
