Across their many missions, Sam, Clover and Alex have faced a variety of wacky and fun villains. Some, however, manage to stand above the rest in intelligence and cunning.

  • Marco Lumiere is a radical film maker who, after being rejected from Hollywood, decides to independently create his Magnum Opus by any means necessary. He uses a camera with a paralyzing ray to kidnap celebrities and force them to star in his deadly movies on his private island. After being captured by WHOOP, Lumiere escapes and kidnaps Alex, hiding her in the WHOOP headguaters. When his clues lead them to the WHOOP building, he has his henchmen mess with the heating system and leaves a heat-sensitive bomb. Lumiere is captured once again, but escapes and takes the alias “Ocram Ereimul”, manipulating Jerry into capturing producers who rejected Marco by making Jerry believe he is starring in a movie. When the girls reveal his deception, Lumiere uses his technology to trap them and Jerry and capture the last producer himself.
  • Captain Hayes is an Ax-Crazy but charming man afflicted with Celebrity Worship Syndrome who plans to have celebrities worldwide be friends with him. Hayes creates a luxury airliner and uses it to recruit Celebrities and keep them as his "friends" for all eternity. When later confronted by the Spies, he is able to trap and nearly kill them by tricking them to his location and locking them within his cockpit. When confronted by the rebellious celebrities, Hayes decides to instead reverse time to before they were famous to prevent them from interfering with him. Defeated, Hayes escapes WHOOP detainment by creating a replica of the guards' uniforms and using it to escape. Hayes now plans to flood the Earth and keep the various celebrities he's kidnapped as his objects of worship and captures and traps the Spies multiple times. In his final appearance, Hayes decides he's done with worshipping celebrities, decides to become one and starts to kidnap celebs and drain their abilities into himself. Using his talents, Hayes effortlessly defeats the Spies and remains one of their most competent foes.
  • Jazz Hands is a charming mime who seeks to restore the reputation of mimes all across the world. He has been using a device to transform various performers all across the world into mimes, and even later, when being chased by the Spies is able to expertly turn them into mimes as well. Jazz Hands later takes down the Spies using his invisible box trick and keeps them on their toes through the entire episode. Upon being arrested, Jazz Hands lays low to allow him to gain parole and set about his new plan to create Mime World. Jazz Hands recruits Miss Spirit Fingers to gain a device to allow for full scale mime transformation of the entire world. Realising Lady Spirit Fingers is the spy Sam, Jazz Hands thwarts her and her fellow spies and traps them using his tricks. Even in defeat, Jazz Hands simply bids farewell to Sam, hoping on some level she did enjoy being Miss Spirit Fingers.
  • The Granny is an elderly and affable bank robber and one of the Spies' most competent recurring villains. She acts as a doddering, kind woman to put the Spies off guard and escape and later breaks her old gang out of prison for one last bank job. A competent fighter, Granny is able to keep up with and match the Spies blow for blow before being taken down. Granny escapes from WHOOP detainment by creating a cupcake mixture which induces anyone who eats it into following her orders. Granny than uses the cupcakes to begin systemically robbing banks all across the world in order to get enough money to retire in peace with her gang. Returning in the Amazing Spiez, Granny breaks her gang out to induce global warming and allow her and her gang to flourish in the higher tempatures. In a later return, Granny seemingly reforms, instead backstabbing the Spiez to return to her youth and her bank-robbing career again.
One Shot Villains

  • "Do You Believe in Magic?": The Great Kandinsky is a world famous magician who faked his death when secrets of his tricks were discovered. Kandinsky resurfaces after years in hiding and uses his tricks to steal closely guarded art pieces, sometimes in the middle of an auction. When Sam and Clover infiltrate his castle after he kidnaps Alex during his getaway, Kandinsky uses his magic to trap them. He hypnotises his oblivious grandson Gregor into joining him and plans to steal the mummy of King Tut mid flight. When the girls escape imprisonment and face him on the plane, Kandinsky uses his magic to fight them, at one point facing them in direct combat, and almost wins.
  • "Physics 101 Much?": Major Snell is a former astrophysicist who ends up trapped drifting in zero gravity due to being abandoned by his compatriots. Resurfacing after twenty years and seeking revenge, Snell intends to wipe out the Earth's gravity and send everyone floating. Snell fakes an attack on a space station to draw away attention while he steals a satellite and later uses his anti-gravity abilities to beat the Spies and complete his project. Defeating the Spies using his expert fighting abilities, Snell is nearly able to succeed and remains a charming and ingenious foe throughout, even using a false surrender to try and best the Spies.
  • "Truth or Scare": Cyril Hearsay is a former celebrity bodyguard who used his connections to start his own celebrity tabloid. He uses his experience to get access to closely guarded celebrities and spray them with truth serum, forcing them to reveal their secrets, which he then publishes. When he kidnaps Alex by mistake, genuinely polite Cyril uses her to infiltrate WHOOP while leaving Sam and Clover in a Death Trap he created with his printing equipment. After subjecting Jerry to his truth serum to get access to WHOOP’s secrets, planning to use its newest invention to blind his competition.
  • "The Suavest Spy" : Kyle Katz is a thief the W.O.O.H.P. could never catch as he committed countless jewelry heists throughout the world. Targeting the Uzbekistan Pearl, Katz seduces the three spies with his gentlemanly charm and putting the pearl in his grasp. As the spies enter the vault to stop Katz, he steals the pearl, slams the vault door in their faces, changes the lock code, and makes his escape. Although defeated and caught in the end, Katz never sheds his affability, even throwing the girls a rose. Despite only having one appearance, Katz remains one of the suavest antagonists faced by the spies.
  • "Tottaly Dunzo" two-parter: After drinking tea infected with an evil gene, Jerry’s mom takes on the identity of Mr. X and forms a plan to rid the world of the Spies. Using connections from her days as a spy, she founds a security company which specialises in droids as replacements for spies, convincing a disillusioned Kerry to sell her WHOOP. She lets criminals run wild while her droids round up the Spies, planning to have them all disposed off and let evil rule the world, almost winning until she is cured and remains a charming adversary until the very end.
