The Langya List (琅琊榜, Láng Yá Bǎng, also called Nirvana in Fire) is a Web Novel by Hai Yan. It was adapted into the 2015 series Nirvana in Fire.
Mei Changsu, the brilliant leader of a powerful martial arts alliance, hides his true identity as the young Lin Shu and returns to the capital of his native country in order to claim justice for his wrongly executed father and the entire Chiyan army.

- Everyone Is Related: Through his mother Changsu is related to the royal family and the Xie family.
- Pun-Based Title: The title is just one accent off from "狼牙棒" (Láng yá bàng), a type of spiked mace.
- Secretly Dying: Mei Changsu is slowly dying of poison. He does his best to hide this, especially from Jingyan.
- Spit Take: Xie Bi spits out his tea when Yujin says Nihuang likes him best.
- Wuxia: Martial arts aren't the story's main focus, but Mei Changsu leads a martial arts alliance and the titular Langya List is a ranking of martial artists.
