Kanzaki Misuzu is going about her day when she finds herself transported to a strange fantasy world. She also finds that she can access popups telling her about the things that she looks at and even herself. Kanzaki goes on to realize that she has extremely powerful healing magic, which makes her a highly valuable party member in this strange new world. Kanzaki is one of the few isekai protagonists who is actually interested in going back home, so she resolves to make her way in this world and find the secret to opening a portal back to earth.

- I Know Your True Name: People can be forced to do almost anything if they make a magical pact swearing upon their name, and pacts made under duress still count. Luckily, very few people in this new world know Kanzaki's real name and the few who do don't know how to pronounce it due to how different Japanese is from the native language.
- Super-Empowering: After Kanzaki finally meets the Demon Lord in person and gives him a name, he bestows her the "Demon Lords Blessing". Which enhances her magic far beyond what it was before and makes even her weakest spells incredibly dangerous and destructive if she isn't careful.
