• The second chapter has the moment where Sally regains controls and destroy the AI Robo Robotnik made to control her is both this and a moment of awesome.
• In chapter 13 Sally enters low power mode, but instead of a black void she finds a incomplete replica of Knothole. Nicole reveals that she’s been working on this while inside Sally’s body and that she made Sally’s digital avatar a replica of her pre-roboticization body. Sally’s response is to hug her friend.
• Chapter 14: Mammoth Mogul attempts to take over Silver’s mind, only to be blocked by an echo left behind by Master Mogul, who kicks his younger self out of Silver’s head. Master Mogul shares some final words with Silver, explaining that while he’s made many mistakes over his long life, Silver was not one of them and his final words before vanishing are to call Silver his son.
• Chapter 17: Saffron, Cream, and the Chaotix help Julie-Su after the latter has a panic attack from learning about the Super Genesis Wave and how it rebooted their home.
• Chapter 20: It’s built up that Tangle and Whisper are dreading breaking the news to Jules and Bernadette that the rebooted Sonic isn’t their child anymore. But after revealing it, not only is it revealed they already knew that, but they make clear that they will love him as their son in spite of the change in his backstory.
• Chapter 26: Sally is reunited with Rotor and Antoine, both of whom avoided being rebooted and, in the latter's case, woke from his coma.
• Chapter 28: Nicole speech to restore Sally confidence (which can be read as romantic)
  Nicole: Who was it that led the Freedom Fighters against Robotnik for years? Who was it that helped to plan the counterattacks against the madman who had taken everything from her people, with minimal resources or experience?
  Sally: Nicole, wha-?
  Nicole: Who was it that helped to save Knothole when Sonic was roboticized to do Robotnik's bidding?"
  Sally: I was, but…!
  Nicole: It was you who was the one that established the alliance with Station Square and the human population, wasn't it?
  Sally: My father…
  Nicole: He would never have done that, and we both know it. You were the one who rally the citizens against a literal god, you led the attack against the Eggdome, you helped to organize the plan to dismantle the Iron Dominion, you brokered peace between the Wolf Pack Nation and the Felidae, and when it was needed…[Tears began to form in the holo-lynx's eyes] …y-you sacrificed yourself to save all of Mobius from robotization. [She wiped the tears away and said with conviction], You made mistakes, but so has everyone else. All those accomplishments I listed? They are why Rotor believes in you. They are why every one of your friends believes in you. They are why I believe in you, Sally. So please… believe in yourself.
• Antoine overall treatment of IDW!Bunnie, not only recognizes her as her own individual but is trying to get to know her as a person.
