- The entire debacle of the statue pretty much sums up the Yogscast members' (in-game) characters: halfway through Episode 33, they're given a challenge to build a statue or else be trapped in the land forever. They don't notice, however, because they're too busy building a penis for the whale. It's only halfway through the next episode that one of them even remembers that the challenge exists at all. The group decides to build the simplest statue possible: a (solved) Rubix Cube. Halfway through Duncan decides that's still too much work, and steals a statue of a dwarf from another island. And then after all that, they STILL manage to fuck it up when Lewis accidentally leaves a big chunk of the statue unfinished (and then immediately attempts to blame Sips while holding the necessary block in his hand), causing them to fail the challenge.
- The entire ending of Episode 40. After finally escaping NPC Island with their new "friend", Mr. Popcorn, they find themselves back on the whale at last...only to find that Lardbuttz has finally returned. He promptly calls them out for all the criminal and otherwise reckless behavior over the course of the series, at which point they all get arrested by the Sky Cops and sentenced to 25 years in prison.
- The best part is the bios at the end of the episode, showing what each of the Whale Lords is up to in prison:Lewis was put in solitary confinement after pranking a guard with a potato jet pack. His defense was: "It's just a prank, bro."Simon is currently digging an escape tunnel. He says it's only 23 years away from completion.Duncan used his "prison pocket" to smuggle in air balloons. He plans to turn his cell into an airship and fly to freedom.Sjin became known as the prison troll. He caused a mass shiving after messing with a gang leader.
