Whoa, easy there, Johnny.
Season 2:
- Pretty much anything Johnny Arcade says/does. Here's a montage of his weirdness and/or stupidity.
Some examples:- In the TMNT 2 Tuesday episode: (riding on a skateboard up to the runner-up contestant) Shanananananananana, (sticks a Batman game box to his velcro vest) BAT-man!
- "Do you think my feet smell? Do-do-do you...? No."
- In the Battletoads Thursday episode, asking a contestant if they like the Nightmare on Elm Street movies; he does, so Johnny asks the contestant to imitate Freddy, but does his own impression first: "AUGH! COME ON! DIE! AUGH!" The kid does a half-hearted "Augh." in response.
- Johnny and a contestant, Chaz, got into a fake boxing match- Chaz was subsequently knocked out of the first gameplay round, which disappointed Johnny because he was so amused by Chaz. He kept bringing Chaz up throughout the rest of the show.
- In the Wednesday episode of TMNT II week, he asked one of the contestants where they go to school. Before he could answer fully, Johnny interrupted: "Do you go to school?" He answered, "No." Johnny asked if he could get the smiling kid who was knocked out of the previous round to replace him.
- In the Thursday episode of TMNT II week, Johnny said "Shiver, shiver, tiver me blimbers!"
- In the Friday episode of TMNT II week:
Johnny: Okay, here we go. Herewego, herewego, here we goooo... (points to one of the contestants) here we... (no response from the contestant) go...- In the Chip n Dale episode, during the question round:
Johnny: (imitating John Wayne) Is this a dagger I see before me? Right? (contestant shakes their head) No? Good.- In the Thursday episode of Battletoads week, Johnny came out with a Groucho Marx mustache and eyebrows and a fake cigar.
Johnny: There's no place like Nome. Ahahahahaha.- When he made pig grunts and cow moos in the Wednesday episode of Wrestlemania week, because mere words couldn't describe how great the show's gonna be.
- In the Thursday Wrestlemania episode, Johnny asked the two contestants if they could slam Roddy Piper. One of the contestants, Scotty, replies, "I don't know who the hell he is." Johnny corrected him: "Heck. Heck. Who the heck he is."
- Earlier, in the Tuesday episode, Johnny abruptly grabs Scotty and picks him up: "Come on, just do a little wrestling move here, buddy. Suplex! Ah! No, just kidding. Here we go."
- In the Thursday TMNT 2 episode, the winner barely puts anything on their velcro helmet/vest. With only a few seconds left, Terry helps him out by sticking games to him so he doesn't walk away with nothing.
- In the Skate or Die 2 and The Immortal episode, Johnny asks Eddie, a contestant, to give him some John Wayne.Johnny: O-kay, kid... go ahead, come on.
Eddie: All right, kid.
Johnny: Good, (turning to other contestant, Michael) and how about you, pilgrim?
Michael: Naaah. - In the Little Nemo Friday episode:Johnny: In Little Nemo, what round item does a little monkey throw at Nemo? (David buzzes in) Yeah?
David: (blanks) Um... agh.
Johnny: "Blah" is incorrect. - During the mall run in one of the Days of Thunder and Top Gun: The Second Mission episodes, as Terry not-so-subtly reminds the contestant to hurry up the ramp before time runs out, he tosses a game box behind him for good measure.
- Johnny was sporting a fake mustache and beard in one of the Robocop episodes. During the "Johnny on the Spot" segment, Terry asked one of the contestants what they thought of his facial hair. He responded: "Lose it!" With that, Johnny "shaved" the hair off his face.
