• When Thaddeus says, "It's alive!", Bob says, "Must you do that every time you reboot my hardware?" to which Thaddeus calls him a "party pooper".
• Bob snickers when Thaddeus claims to be looking at "boobies" online. It turns out he's looking at pictures of the birds.
• The Star Wars Day strip has the joke "May the Fourth be with you", which leads to this exchange.
  Irene: "What's the fourth?"
  Man: "It bindth the univerth together."
• Bob gets hacked by someone putting spam (the food) inside him. He then starts spouting ads.
• When Thaddeus is giving his presentation about how Bob was made, Bob wonders if he should tell him that he's had a booger in his nose the entire presentation.
• Thaddeus and Bob try to celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day but the only pirate word they know is "yarr". Also, iBall can't see because he has one eye and he's wearing an eyepatch.
• Some squirrels form the Fast Asset Recovery Team.
  Squirrel 1: "You do know that spells 'fart', right?"
  Squirrel 2: "Shut up! We're supposed to be striking a dramatic ninja pose!"
  Squirrel 3: "Waaaaawwwww!"
  Squirrel 4: "Carl! We've discussed this... real ninjas do not make that noise!"
• Thaddeus wanting mega-pixels and getting mega-pickles.
• When Dr. Thaddeus Euphemism asks Bob if people stealing his food is his "pet peeve", then explains that a pet peeve is something that annoys you in particular, so you own it like a pet, Bob says that everybody hates having their food stolen, so it's a wild peeve.
• When asked to clean the toilet, Bob grabs the plunger and says, "Exterminate!". Thaddeus bluntly tells him to stop procrastinating.
• Bob getting into a Hazmat Suit, but then saying, "I have to pee."
• When Thaddeus gets the flu, Bob looks his symptoms up. According to the Internet, Thaddeus is pregnant, has one week to live, and has network connectivity issues.
• The amoeba version of The Talk.
  Amoeba 1: "Dad, where did I come from?"
  Amoeba 2: "Well, my boy, when your mother and I felt that we were ready emotionally and financially, I just did this... Eeeerrrrgg! (splits and creates a third amoeba)"
  Amoeba 1: "Ewww! Gross, Dad! That's disgusting!"
  Amoeba 2: (pointing at the new amoeba) "That's no way to talk about your brother!! If you wanna hear something really disgusting, I'll tell you how the humans do it..."
• Thaddeus tries to be cool by wearing his lab coat backwards and setting beakers on fire (somehow), claiming the experiment is "lit".
• During the "alternate dimensions" plot, the dimensions include a universe full of Justin Bieber fans (which Thaddeus and Bob hate), a fashion-obsessed universe where it's illegal not to change clothes every few minutes and also illegal to wear corduroy, a universe where everyone's a butt, and a universe full of the squirrels.
