- Dr. Mario may have the only funny moment during Galeem's onslaught against the Smashers. While he does decide to get captured, he thinks to himself: "This is what I did with my doctorate?"
- The reason why Donkey Kong and King K. Rool are tagged by Galeem? After seeing each other as they try to flee, they immediately begin to fight with one another. Apparently, nothing can stop their rivalry!
- Admit it—Wario is a walking, talking moment of funny.
- While Isaac is saved by Wario after being abducted by a Shadow Mandibuzz, he gets a faceful of Wario's nose soon after, to his disgust.
- Combined with Crazy Enough to Work, Wario manages to actually eat the Shroob-omb Commander Shroob tosses at the Smashers, mistaking it for a big grape. This actually causes the Shroob army to retreat in fear.
- After his group presses on after defeating Death in Dracula's Castle, Wario wastes no time in shaking down corpses to find riches attached to them.
- Unlike the other Heroes, who appear in tense moments, Solo appears after Miracle Matter's defeat, knocking into Cloud and apologizing profusely afterwards.
- Mario's dream after freeing Jigglypuff and Marth is Nightmare Fuel, what with Antasma showing up. However, a massive case of Mood Whiplash happens at the end of the nightmare.With a screech, Antasma lunged at Mario, only to lightly slap him across the face and say, "Jiggly puff puff!"
- In the one-shot spinoff series in a chapter about sports, there's a scene where Banjo-Kazooie, Falco, Roy, Villager, Ridley, and Ness are all in a party (the reference is obvious)... Cue it turning into a chaotic mess with Roy getting chased by Villager and Ridley, Kazooie literally strangling Falco, and Ness (the winner) in the middle saying "Okay..."
- In the finale, which involves Mario Kart after the chaotic finale which involves Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard getting first, Bayonetta getting second and Sonic getting fourth, Captain Falcon and Snake leave the booth without saying a word before Leaf breaks the silence with "How did Red's Squirtle get Zap Cannon?!" (According to the Author note, in a very old event during the days of GSC, there was a Squirtle that knew Zap Cannon)
- The tennis segment sees Isaac get hit by the ball in his nether regions by Piranha Plant.
