- In order to get the key, you need to tell the teacher in the room prior to the key that you want to tell him a joke.
- The duster 808 wants is ironically in the dustbin.
- The chalkboards contain nonsense on them.
- The fact Mr. O. Boe was only hired because of his name.
- Various posters have puns in them.
- When you click on the smiley face (no not Smiley), Phil's textbox displays only a smiley face.
- Mr. Mister does nothing about you taking his key.
- A Running Gag that is given as an option to speak to anyone is to say "Bread crumbs and beaver spit."
- You can call Ms. Munch fatter than the sun, she doesn't care.
- Miss Count's class, despite having monkey dolls everywhere. She claims she hates monkeys. The Irony.
- Clicking on the mop in the janitor's closet has Phil point out that it's obviously a mop and adds to it "What do you want me to do with it, eat it?"
- After leaving the school and watching the credits, a flying pig flies to the side of Phil's car. And then it hits a speed limit sign. This repeats once again but with a different sign.
- Some of the ridiculous ways that some of the characters die, such as deliberately dehydrating or not eating at all because they've been doing it way too much.
- When about to kill Smiley, the player is originally expecting she'd be stabbed, but instead she suffocates on the globe itself.
- How convenient for Phil that the day they capture the kids and Diz that they also have EVERY guard take the day off.
- Phil gets splashed with Chloro-fill after clicking on the machine.
- The "Bread crumbs and beaver spit" joke comes back once again.
- Ms. Cophey's teaching stick spinning so fast that it can cut open the alien eyedropper.
- Chubb finds the insults from Phil to be hilarious, if they're creative.
- Phil lampshading the fact that all the teachers write in perfect Comic Sans, referencing the first game's low production value.
