• His cage match with Roddy Piper where Piper yanked his trunks down and Rude spent the rest of the match with his buttcrack hanging out.
• The time the ECW Arena crowd chanted "You fucked Chyna! You fucked Chyna!" and Rude could only shrug and had a "Well, what am I supposed to say?" look on his face.
• There is a story on "Stone Cold" Steve Austin's podcast of how, while Rude was road-tripping with Paul Heyman and Austin (this was in the ECW days, so it was just "Steve Austin"), Rude was getting increasingly annoyed with Stone Cold's foul mouth. Finally, after one too many "God damn"s, Rude pulled the car over and the following exchange happened. (paraphrased)
  Rude: Steve, must you take the fucking Lord's name in vain?
  Austin: (suddenly sincere) I'm sorry, Rick. I had no idea you felt so strongly about religion. I was just shootin' the breeze, trying to have fun, but if it offends you, I will not say that phrase again.
  Rude: Thank you very much, Steve.
  Austin: Well, you're god damn welcome.
