Season 1

    Tomorrow's Jo
  • Eunjo's Tomorrow's Jo gets passionate about changing up her lifestyle, but the next day she refuses to get up and do what she said she would.
  • Yesterday's Jo insists that she splurged on sunscreen, only to realize she mixed it up with whipped cream.
  • Eunjo considers getting a gift. When her Tomorrow's Jo chimes in, she tells her to shut up.
  • When Eunjo gives Wan some cookies, the first thing he thinks of is how she rubbed her toes and picked her nose. Once she's gone, he tosses the cookies in the trash.
  • Wan tries to pretend he enjoyed the cookies, but he didn't read the note and freaks out over what Eunjo wants from him.
  • Unlike Eunjo, Wan's Tomorrow's Jo refuses to let him push the mess onto him.
  • Eunjo and her Tomorrow's Jo get into a fight with her Yesterday's Jos over putting on body lotion.
  • Woong is wearing the brachiosaurus jacket and shorts from the "New Novel" chapters. No wonder Eunjo can get away with her sloppy dress.
  • When Eunjo is running late, Wan tries to turn the other way, but his Tomorrow's Jo tells him it's an opportunity for him to be a suck-up. When he volunteers, some effect text says "sucking up".
  • Wan internally remarks that it takes skill to put together such Impossibly Tacky Clothes, but it's not his problem. When Eunjo asks about his opinion of the pants he picked out, he goes to help her out because he doesn't want to ruin his fashion cred.
  • Wan feels great about taking credit for Eunjo's new look until he realizes people might get the idea that they're romantically involved.
  • Eunjo's Jos of the past get upset that Seonkyu's compliments mean that they were tacky before. Eunjo responds with the skill <Goodbye to the past> to shut them out.
  • Wan has an Oh, Crap! moment as he imagines Eunjo wearing another impossibly tacky outfit.
  • Upon learning that it's going to rain, Eunjo says she'll deal with it tomorrow. Tomorrow's Jo is nowhere to be seen, but her reaction is implied.
  • Wan gets into a fistfight with his Tomorrow's Jo over hotteok.
  • A gang of Wan's Tomorrow's Jos come at him with wooden planks, looking like a bunch of sharply-dressed street thugs.
  • Eunjo says the hotteok was full of watchamacallits/almonds/walnuts to figure out if Wan actually ate it.

    King's Apps
  • A typical ad-overloaded app is portrayed as an old-fashioned merchant that tries to entertain Wan. Kicking the merchant out of the palace corresponds to Wan deleting the app.
  • Wan thinks nothing of Joy Kim, who is his senior at work but has far fewer followers. He soon finds out her follower count doubled because she has been showing off her gym body.
  • Ever since Wan's friend Wujeong got in a relationship, he stopped answering Wan. His last text is cut off at "Let's get", and Wan has asked him "Get what?" once a month after that.
  • Wan takes a selfie but looks ridiculous in the photo. He tries to delete the camera, but it's a default app.
  • Eunjo is about to make a reservation at a restaurant, but Wan runs over the table with a horse. In the real world, he tells her the place is overrated.
  • Wan expects Eunjo to take a masterpiece, but he looks incredibly flat in the actual photo.
  • Wan tries to address Joy casually, only to realize she surpassed him in followers. He bows to the ground to apologize.
  • Eunjo freaks out about waking up late, only to remember it's Sunday.
  • Wan's Tomorrow's Jo won't let him give Eunjo advice about Seonkyu's text, so he just tells her to deal with it herself. Eunjo can't hear him because her headphone batteries are low, causing him to repeat his harsh words.
  • Wan tries to talk to Wujeong again and repeatedly asks "When are we hanging out" to no response.
  • Wan has Cells that are operating an <Auto Reaction Machine>. The Cells turn it off when he agrees to store some of Eunjo's yeolmu kimchi without thinking.
  • Wan gives a canned response that doesn't go well with Eunjo's question.
Eunjo: What do you do on weekends?
Wan: That's right! [Beat] Huh? Oh, me?
    Eunjo: Yes, you.
  • Wan begs for his life in front of a giant dumpling in "Dumpling World".
  • Despite having just started, Eunjo is at a much higher level than Wan, who has been playing since the open beta.
  • Eunjo remarks on Wan's in-game flip-flops in a reversal from real life.
  • Wan remembers Eunjo's regular drink better than she does. When she asks what he got her, he says it's the same thing and asks if she's stupid.

    Lucky Points
  • One of Eunjo's coworkers asks her if she pulled another all-nighter after the misfortunes that happened in the morning.
  • Woong assigns Wan to Eunjo's team because he just "gets the vibe". Woong is wearing a tank top to complete the lax look.
  • Joy's manager is waiting for a disaster to happen just so she can start dating Wan.
  • Right next to Joy, Eunjo dramatically slips, breaks her laptop, and spills coffee on her shirt, racking up 150 lucky points in ten seconds.
  • Joy opens a door despite a note saying it's broken. It turns out the door doesn't open from the inside, but she doesn't get lucky points because Wan is also stuck there, and now she gets to be alone with him.
  • Joy and Eunjo's managers have a huge argument about ruining each other's chances with Wan.
  • Seonkyu has a gigantic horde of points thanks to Eunjo wreaking so much havoc.
  • Seonkyu's English name is revealed to be Jonathan just to fit the Theme Naming of the Jos.
  • Seonkyu thinks in code as he wonders about Eunjo's actions. When Eunjo uses the <pull-push technique> from "Kings Apps", Seonkyu's code box is full of question marks.
  • When Wan was younger, he had a longer, fuller hairstyle.
  • When the dog from Lucky Finance comes to collect Wan's points, Wan has such a streak of bad luck that his manager worries that he'll die. The dog is completely apathetic.
  • Wan becomes a mosquito magnet due to his luck debt.
  • Wan calls Woojeong a traitor when he finally calls back.
  • Eunjo thanks Wan for complimenting her, but he slurps really loudly to block out what she's saying.
  • Seonkyu's manager spends his luck on <Get outta here, CEO>, which has an image of Woong being thrown high into the air.
  • Joy racks up a lot of points from being interrupted during a crucial moment with Wan. Her manager only has eyes for the points and doesn't care about continuing the night.
  • In a reversal of dynamics, Wan can't make plans with Joy because something always gets in the way. Sometimes she makes outright implausible excuses like her front door failing to lock.
  • Wan is miffed that he's asking Eunjo for relationship advice.

    Masks On
  • In the preview, Wan says one of the perks of wearing masks is that he can stick his tongue out at the CEO.
  • Wan asks Eunjo if he can have her shirt as a gift. Not because he likes it, but because she wears it so much that he wants to burn it so she can wear her nicer clothes. Eunjo eventually gives it to Hyeonsu because she was planning to throw it out, and Wan picks it up when it ends up in a pile of discarded boxes.
  • When Eunjo says that Seonkyu thinks her regular outfit is "Eunjo-like", Wan tells her that it's not a compliment.
  • One of Wan's fake reactions is an exaggerated laugh that's reminiscent of the Reaction Doll. Another one is a puppy-dog face, while his internal reaction is very blank in contrast.
  • Wan realizes he forgot to shave but decides it's fine until Eunjo invites him for lunch. His coworkers don't even notice the stubble and only noticed how nicely he dresses now.
  • Eunjo convinces Wan to wear some slippers and take his socks off. This act is presented as a gateway into an addiction for comfort.
That was how it started. And then I started looking for stronger stuff.
  • Eunjo thinks up some computer logic, concluding that she is hot.
    if HOTTIES_GET_LOTS_OF_LIKES() == True
    and EUNJO_GOT_LOTS_OF_LIKES() == True
    EUNJO_IS_HOT()
  • Eunjo shows up to work in a cardigan and dress that makes Wan look at her disapprovingly, thinking she has no shame. He tells her she looks perfect, but his eyes say otherwise.
  • Wan freaks out when Eunjo sees that he left his towel out. She gives him earnest advice to dry it faster.
  • Seonkyu suggests that Eunjo join his company but notes that Woong might get mad if he poaches her.
  • Wan gives a caramel to the new worker, Mijo. She recalls that he touched his feet and promptly throws the caramel away, just like Wan did with Eunjo's gift in the first arc.
  • After Seonkyu asks Eunjo to work with him, Sia shows up with a gigantic offer. Eunjo can't help but take a peek, leading to Seonkyu's Oh, Crap! reaction. Seonkyu offers Eunjo stock options, but Sia tosses a gigantic bag of money by them. The whole exchange is portrayed like an old-time dual marriage proposal.
  • Eunjo tells Wan he looks like a developer, a male Eunjo. Wan is unable to hide his shock from her.
  • A simple text is treated like a horse ride in the style of "King's Apps".
  • Wan's Tomorrow's Jo tries to stop him from eating hotteok, but Wan threatens to eat three packages of ramen with egg if he doesn't get to eat the hotteok.
  • Wan's luck manager tries to use <don't go>, which has a picture of Wan desperately clinging to someone's leg.
  • Wan takes a few pictures of Eunjo doing a hair flip and picks a silly-looking one.
  • Eunjo reminisces about her days in the office and admits to breaking the library door.
  • Once Eunjo stops reminiscing, Wan remarks that it's the end of that. She says it's not the end... and that he can keep wearing slippers with warm socks.
  • Mijo silently judges Wan for wearing slippers, but he easily picks up on her thoughts while she claims she wasn't thinking that.
  • Wan pours himself a cup of coffee, but Mijo thinks that he's pouring it for her and tells him he doesn't have to. She's embarrassed when he quietly walks past her.

    Cheat Sheet
  • Joy looks back on a question to calculate Wan's interest in her. Some of the variables include "stupid mosquito" and "stupid meeting". Her final answer is 1, but she realizes the actual answer is 100.
  • Mijo tells Eunjo that Wan always talks about how delicious her yeolmu kimchi is. Indeed, Wan had already brought it up about five times after Eunjo had barely been gone a week.
  • Mijo takes a test on Wan Jo and has a hilariously dark expression that reflects how hard she thinks it is.
  • After discovering that Wan was interested in Joy, Mijo thinks of him as a playboy.
  • Mijo thinks she's the first to discover that Wan actually cleans up well, unaware that he used to be like that all the time before she joined.
  • Eunjo texts Wan about sending him yeolmu kimchi, and he remarks about blocking her. It's obvious that they're both joking.
  • Wan orders all the servants on his phone to connect his earphones and put away his games before Eunjo calls.
  • Wan remarks that Mijo hates him for being a slob. Eunjo says that he used to look at her the same way, which he denies.
  • When Eunjo brings up that Wan wore her old shirt, he claims he wore it on accident.
  • As Wan discusses Seonkyu's company, it suddenly starts to rain. He calls it the famous "Wan Jo effect".
  • Eunjo thinks the test on Wan is about friendship, but the question about him giving her his cashmere coat makes her wonder if he had romantic intentions. This would change the way she answers the whole test, but she's running out of time.
  • When Eunjo slips and falls in the rain, Wan points and laughs like crazy. This is enough for her to prove that his intentions were not romantic.
  • The list of code phrases includes the obvious "Netflix and chill", the potatoes question that Babi used on Yumi, and the phone-charging situation that Yumi tried to spring on Soonrok.
  • Eunjo complains about the <code phrase question>. The proctor makes a pun on how she's just asking for more time, to the amusement of the other test-takers.
Proctor: Guess you "Wan" more time.
  • Wan and Eunjo bet on how long the rain will last. Eunjo's wish if she wins is a new graphics card, which is so expensive that Wan protests about it. Wan keeps his a secret until he wins, which flusters Eunjo until he reveals that he wants an umbrella.
  • Eunjo complains that her shirt will get ruined in the rain before Wan gives her his coat again.
  • Eunjo speaks in a serious tone before grabbing the umbrella and complaining that she's getting rained on.
  • Wan cries over the fact that Eunjo picked a place just by her apartment when he had to drive an hour.
  • Wan tried to call Eunjo a few days after she left, but he quickly hung up. In the "King's Apps" style, his servant knocks on Eunjo's door before he scrambles to make him hang up.
  • Wan once showed up to a date in a sweater and shorts, which is very Eunjo-like.
  • Wan suggests having a glass of wine, but Eunjo doesn't respond the way he expected. Eunjo tells Wan he can't drink because he drove, and she doesn't drink wine anyway, so he should take it home.
  • Eunjo talks about her regrets of dating Seonkyu, but Wan is slurping too loudly to listen. When Wan gives his thoughts, Eunjo starts slurping.
  • Eunjo offers some mandarins to Wan, but she eats them all before he can try them.
  • Wan gets very flustered when Eunjo puts the blanket over both of them.
  • Wan uses a relationship formula that involves the rabokki, the width of the blanket, and the number of mandarins.

    The Return of Tomorrow's Jo
  • In the preview, Wan is lying in a coffin as his Yesterday's Jo cries over him. Tomorrow's Jo asks who did this to him, and he says it's Eunjo's fault with a dying breath.
  • As Wan leans in to kiss Eunjo, she wonders if kissing after a meal is what cool people do. Her Tomorrow's Jo says she'll figure it out tomorrow and to keep going, but Yesterday's Jo shoves her away and tells her to stop the kiss. As Eunjo stops the kiss, Tomorrow's Jo says, "N-no!!! My boyfriend!"
  • Eunjo goes back to two moments in the past and grabs Wan while asking about his intentions. He deflects and looks away. She presses further in the next episode, and he asks why she's freaking out.
  • Once Eunjo realizes that Wan might actually like her, she sits up and looks at the viewer.
  • Yesterday's Jo and Tomorrow's Jo discuss everything from when Wan joined the company. When Eunjo arrives at work the next morning, they're still at it.
  • Tomorrow's Jo forces Eunjo to call Wan at gunpoint and visit him after work. She calls him her boyfriend, much to Eunjo's confusion.
  • After Eunjo turns down Wan's invitation to the team dinner, one of her former coworkers calls her to let her know they're having beef barbecue. Wan says that won't change Eunjo's mind, but she has practically arrived.
  • At the dinner, Eunjo calls out to Wan, only to ask him to pass a cup.
  • As Wan looks at Eunjo, the panels are filled with thumps. His Tomorrow's Jo complains that his heart is making such a racket, but he says it's just the sound of his Yesterday's Jo banging on the coffin. Yesterday's Jo breaks out of the coffin in a zombified state.
  • Wan is ready to resign himself to believing that Eunjo really drove out 58 km for beef. He does question it for a moment before deciding to go to sleep.
Wan: The beef you drove 58 km for on a Monday night to eat must have tasted real good.
  • Eunjo is about to send a text to Wan, but her Yesterday's Jo starts asking what happens if he doesn't respond. Tomorrow's Jo shoots at her.
Tomorrow's Jo: Shut up, negative thoughts!!!
  • The messenger from King's Apps charges past the guard who is blocking notifications due to Wan's phone being on "do not disturb".
  • Wan is acting awfully cool in front of Eunjo, considering how frantically he ran down to meet her.
  • When Eunjo says she's excited to start dating, Wan is showered with confetti as his classmates from Cheat Sheet congratulate him for getting the question right.
  • Eunjo uses <transformation magic> to disguise herself with a mask before sneaking into her old office. It doesn't work, as Woong immediately recognizes her.
  • Woong is so touched by Eunjo's spiel about fond memories that he arranges to have her back at the office. When she objects, he makes sure to increase her salary as well.
  • Eunjo goes to rescue Wan from the locked library, only to let the door close when she hugs him. All she can say is "Oops..."

Season 2

    Executioner
  • A-yeong tells Josh that he's dressed like new money. His expression darkens as he plots to kill her with shame.
  • When A-yeong compliments Josh's cologne, his face is flushed and he's somehow topless from the shoulders up.
  • To get back at A-yeong for picking the smallest cake, Josh sings loudly to embarrass her.
  • The whole team starts talking about smartwatch straps. When it's Josh's turn to show off his Jullie strap, Wan interrupts and gets all the attention for having that same strap.
  • A-yeong says people who wear expensive things are phonies, so Josh buys her the same strap as a late birthday present out of sheer spite and pettiness. A-yeong doesn't see the dilemma and wears the strap to work, telling her coworkers that it was a gift from Josh. This makes them think Josh has a crush on A-yeong.
  • As the coworkers tease Josh, he feels like he is the one who is about to get executed.
  • When Josh finds that someone beat him to getting supplies to treat A-yeong's papercut, he concludes that they are secretly dating and plots to expose them in a public execution.
  • Wan wonders if Eunjo's overly casual style of dress contributes to the lack of suspicion about their relationship.
  • Wan rates things he has to endure on a scale of five stars. Josh is eleven stars, and Wan refers to him as "Monkey Wallet".
  • Wan gifts Eunjo a Jullie card wallet and tells her to give him the wallet Josh gave her... so he can tear it to shreds, he thinks with the sweetest smile.
  • A-yeong asks Wan if it means anything for a colleague to give an expensive gift, causing him to think twice about whether Josh's wallet meant anything.
  • The hyenas discuss whether Eunjo is in a relationship and get very suspicious at the scent of her cologne. Anna then debunks the theory because she smelled Josh.
  • The hyenas' interactions have romantic undertones as they theorize whether Josh and Eunjo are in a relationship.
  • Wan announces his relationship with Eunjo to the entire team... in an Imagine Spot. Classic Donggeon Lee.
  • Mijo seems to have noticed the matching bracelets, but she's just asking about Wan's USB multimeter. She really did notice the bracelets, though.
  • A-yeong gets giddy after catching Mijo and Macho together, and Josh gets flustered sharing the secret.
  • Josh and A-yeong meet up at the rooftop and accidentally find Eunjo and Wan having a hotteok date. The two are forced to hide in a cramped locker when Wan hears A-yeong talking. The image of Wan prowling about with an intimidating expression, with the hotteok he's holding starting to resemble a knife, makes the scene doubly hilarious.
  • While Josh and A-yeong are stuck in the locker, Josh keeps thinking about how hot it is and worries about an indirect kiss from sharing a watter bottle with A-yeong.
  • While they're in the middle of a conversation, Anna notices that A-yeong smells good and follows the scent trail over to Josh.
  • Eunjo spills coffee on Josh's shirt, so he decides to execute her by walking around in the stained shirt to make her feel guilty. However, Wan immediately acts on removing the stain. He's depicted as wheeling the apparently executed Josh into an operating room.
  • Wan informs Josh that he and Eunjo are dating and that Josh is the only one who knows. Josh takes it as a threat even though Wan has been trying to make the relationship obvious. All the while, Josh is clumsily putting his shirt back on.
  • Woong calls in Hyeonsu to talk about his relationship in order to make the workplace friendlier to couples. One of Woong's orders is to lower the prices of the desserts in the cafe, but his assistant says they don't own the cafe. Woong says to buy it.
  • Woong and Josh drink cherry juice when they meet, which functions as Symbolic Blood befitting of the executioner theme. Josh does a Spit Take when he's passed up for promotion, causing it to drip from his mouth onto his shirt. Woong accidentally spills the juice on his own shirt, and Josh walks out of the office after thinking Woong should die, making it look like a crime scene.

    Acting Different
  • Instead of heartbeats, A-yeong has a generator in her body that runs whenever it wants.
  • A-yeong's comment about Josh looking like new money was actually a flirty joke.
  • Josh's cologne turns the elevator into a flowery field.
  • When Josh sings "Happy Birthday" to A-yeong, she imagines that he's putting on a concert for her. She's so mortified that her generator explodes, causing her heart to stop for a tenth of a second as she fixes the generator.
  • A-yeong has to get back the water bottle from Josh because her mom wants it. A-yeong would decline Josh's offer to stop by his house to get it at every step, but her generator is running, causing her to keep going until she's at his doorstep. Then she sees packs of instant noodles in Josh's kitchen, and her heart thumps like crazy.
  • A-yeong asks her family if she should move out. Her mom explains at length why she shouldn't. Her sister asks if she has a boyfriend. Her dad is opposed to her having a boyfriend or moving out.
  • When Josh gives A-yeong the watch strap, her thumps take up two panels.
  • Despite A-yeong's narration that she doesn't draw attention to office couples, she shows off the watch strap so the hyenas get on Josh's case.
  • After seeing Josh with a woman, A-yeong goes executioner mode on him. No wonder Josh felt bad about A-yeong's paper cut.
  • Lena comments that Josh lost weight and asks if he's dating anyone after A-yeong goes about it too subtly. Eunjo joins in and won't back off until Josh confirms that he doesn't have a girlfriend.
Eunjo: Huh?! Dating? You're dating someone, Josh?
Josh: No, we were talking about how I've lost some weight...
Eunjo: You got a girlfriend, Josh??
Josh: No, I had a stomach bug so I lost weight...
Eunjo: Wow!!! Whend' you get a girlfriend?!
Josh: I don't have a girlfriend, alright?! Just listen!
  • A-yeong tries to rationalize a number of flirty gestures in the stairwell until her generator flat-out tells her that she's in love with Josh.
  • When A-yeong and Josh try to hide from Wan and Eunjo, A-yeong thinks it would be ridiculous to suggest hiding in the lockers. She proceeds to do exactly that, calling herself ridiculous.
  • As A-yeong compliments Josh, some Symbolic Blood leaks onto his shirt. She thinks he loves it (so much that he's dying, as the original Korean version says). It turns out he spilled grape juice on himself.
  • Josh suggests going bowling after finding out that A-yeong has a better average score. He then plays the piano as soon as A-yeong mentions she can't play it. Even without his point of view, his actions scream showing off.
  • Josh finds himself in the electric chair when talking to Woong and Sia. Woong calls Josh out for having his workshop in Cuba of all places.

    Don't Make It Obvious
  • The arc opens with Josh and A-yeong posing as secret agents trying not to blow their cover. A-yeong immediately suggests using a code name (honey), which Josh shuts down.
  • A-yeong tells Josh, "Let's get dinner." Josh panics and grabs her wrist in an attempt to stop her, but a coworker (probably Anna) tells him the dinner is to celebrate his return to the company.
  • A-yeong's attempt to stop Josh from paying for dinner is likened to her trying to pull him up from a ledge while he tells her to let go.
  • The Jos try to arrange a post-dinner meet-up without catching the hyenas' suspicion, but the hyenas are already onto them. Meanwhile, Macho is also trying to discreetly meet Mijo at the office.
  • Josh runs into Woong at the cafe before A-yeong can warn him, and he's forced to listen to Woong's lengthy success story. Woong is portrayed as a big boss who is singing and playing the guitar while Josh is tied to a chair. As A-yeong is heading out, Josh pulls over in a getaway car, having stolen Woong's guitar.
  • A-yeong invites Josh into her house and finds out her sister isn't home. Josh gets flustered, and his agent self is depicted falling into a black-and-white spiral. He thinks it's too much, even though he lived in America before.
  • Josh has two other forms of "It's too fast" and "It's not too fast". He takes the side of the latter by pointing a gun at the former's head.

    The Adult World
  • The kissing-angel forms of Josh and A-yeong repeatedly get high-voltage shocked by the feeling of the kiss.
  • When they take the stairs up to second base, the Traditional Cell blocks their way. Josh gets him off the stairs with an American kick.
  • Notice how Josh starts to move the bowling ball to a strategic spot as he takes it with him.
  • Josh is repeatedly encouraged to kiss A-yeong by a giant horned figure. It introduces itself as Cupid, but Josh thinks it looks like a perverted demon, which it thinks is hurtful.
  • Wan listens discreetly as Eunjo discusses the possibility of her being sent to the US. A-yeong also starts listening when Eunjo suggests that they'd someone with experience working abroad (Josh).
  • In an attempt to avoid all her coworkers, A-yeong climbs the stairs up to the 16th floor. She arrives at Josh's door looking gorgeously exhausted.
  • Josh overhears A-yeong telling her mom that she might not come home that night. The shock causes him to spill hot soup over his arm, but he gestures for A-yeong to finish her call anyway while the Cupid of Love has hearts in its eyes.
  • A-yeong calls Josh "baby" and tries to backpedal... and then they stare into each other's eyes and kiss.
  • Josh and A-yeong run up to second base, unceremoniously knocking Traditional Cell away. However, the stairs are cut off by the boiling water, so Josh reaches for the stove to turn it off with the help of the Cupid of Love. A-yeong remembers the theater reservation at 8 pm and pulls out her phone to cancel it. Then A-yeong's angel form goes up the stairs to third base, which corresponds to her unbuttoning Josh's shirt to his surprise.
  • A-yeong and Josh are unable to proceed to third base because they do not have "the thing". The Cupid of Love insists that Josh can just run to the store to get it, but A-yeong insists they can just eat dinner.
  • Wan is visibly disturbed by the prospect of Eunjo becoming the head of the US branch. When she comes up with an American name to use (Michelle), Wan freaks out. She's just teasing.
  • While Eunjo is thinking that Josh is going to be the head of the US branch, Josh is still wondering if the store will have "them".
  • While Josh is taking the call from Woong about the opportunity, A-yeong hugs him from behind and starts unbuttoning his shirt, flustering him as he talks. As A-yeong hears what they're talking about, her generator stops and she buttons up Josh's shirt again.

    Goodbye
  • When Josh finds out A-yeong lied about being sick, he executes her... by giving her medicine right in front of the hyenas. They're growling and snarling all over her, and she wonders (correctly) if he was trying to get her torn apart.
  • There's now a maze on the rooftop terrace.
  • A-yeong remarks that she won't know anyone if she goes to America before realizing that sounds amazing.
  • While A-yeong and Josh are sitting on opposite sides of a bench, Josh slides over when A-yeong asks if he has that thing at home. She was talking about printer paper.
  • It turns out that Josh isn't going to America for another year because the US team leader's retirement plans went awry. For added humor, intentional or not, she's based in New York but her tomatoes blew into the Pacific Ocean (on the other coast).
  • Josh texts A-yeong about the change in plans in the middle of the elevator, causing her to react and the other elevator occupants (including the original Jos) to turn around.
  • They're sure, or at least really hoping, that A-yeong's application will get rejected, but she gets in.
  • A-yeong remarks on the fact that Josh wears a night cap to bed. She's wearing it in the next panel.
