Fridge Brilliance

  • The Bandicoot King laughing at Jason and Midgel when they get a prank played on them in Practical Hoax doesn't make sense at first since he did get saved by the Penguins. However, Michelle was mainly the one who rescued him from going down the gurgler.
  • Jason's full name is Jason T. Conrad. It's not perfect, but the C in "Conrad" is pronounced like a K. What other space explorer has those initials?
  • Midgel's and Kevin's body types make sense once the kind of penguins that they are is considered. Emperor penguins are the tallest kind of penguins, so Kevin is the tallest and fattest of the Penguins. Midgel is an Adélie penguin. Adélie penguins are shorter than emperor, rockhopper, and macaroni penguins, therefore, Midgel is the shortest of the Penguins.
  • It is a little confusing at first as to why the Penguins have only three fingers on each hand as opposed to four, but birds actually do have three digits on each wing. The Penguins' three fingered hands are a little reference to the biology of real life birds.

Fridge Horror

  • Has nobody ever thought about what would happen if Jason and/or Michelle died during their missions?
  • In Give and Let Give, Michelle gives some chocolate cupcakes to Zidgel and Kevin, who actually ate his. Chocolate contains theobromine, theobromine is poisonous to birds, penguins are birds, therefore, Michelle is attempting to poison them.
    • The penguins also wear clothes, talk and overall act like humans and Zidgel has hair despite being a penguin plus The Doom Funnel Rescue has Zidgel wanting a fudge-based treat from a gas station meaning he eats chocolate regularly with no ill effects. They're aliens; real world biology doesn't apply.
