The Musical Episode has about five ensemble members. It doesn't matter in what grade level the song is set; they're in every number and they never change their costumes. But then again, the episode is also a Fever Dream Episode. In much the same vein as the Doctor Who episode "Forest of the Dead", every student at the school is the same because it's easier to remember five people and reuse them over and over rather than remember 200 individuals.
