Fridge / Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza

Fridge Logic

  • For a recent "Hits Compilation", Colin poaches the audience for their idea of a job that doesn't exist anymore, and gets "gold miner". Drew is the first to see it:
"...a compilation of hits, "Songs of the Gold Miner", a job that doesn't exist anymore. That's right, we're out of gold!"

Fridge Brilliance

  • In this game of Sentences, Chip cracks up at the phrase, "Those aren't pillows!" Compared to other phrases, it's fairly innocuous, so his Corpsing seems strange. However, if you watch other episodes, you realize that the phrase "Those aren't pillows!" keeps coming up in games of Sentences. Whether the same person keeps attending the show or whether different people keep submitting the sentence remains to be seen. The sentence is a line in the movie Planes, Trains and Automobiles.
  • In this game of New Choice, Wayne is a time traveller who goes back to "ancient history", and reveals that his mission is to take "all of the women" away with him. Sounds like a Where da White Women At? at first... unless you subscribe to the theory that Neanderthal Man had to die out for Homo Sapiens Sapiens to evolve into civilisation as we know it. Were they hunted to extinction by their higher evolved cousins... or just unable to breed after one gender was spirited away?
