- Comments: Morgott decides to become Elden Lord, and in doing so discovers just how broken the system of the Golden Order is and his worldview crumbles.
- The Most Fearsome Empyrean by Smokynight

- Synopsis: A tale between the tarnished and Miquella. Both have different goals, attachments, and struggles. However, the Lands Between crushes everyone equally. So perhaps together they can get through it while holding on to those they care for. Or maybe, they will become just another tragic tale.
- Comments: One of, if not the best, story centered around Miquella. The tarnished rescues Miquella from Mogh, and thus an unlikely friendship between them is forged; the tarnished being portrayed as a bloodlusting loner brute seeking the Elden Throne while Miquella is portrayed as the nicest of the demigods. However, even a tarnished of no reknown can be accepted by the Lord of the Haligtree, and the tarnished can really benefit from having Miquella's wisdom on his side now that a big obstacle is between him and the Elden Ring.

Told from the perspective of said waifus, as they all try to desperately get a handle on the Tarnished and his antics.

- Comments: For those who want to see all the ladies of Elden Ring achieve the happy endings they deserve, then look no further! Sure, it has smut, but it hardly detracts from the robust narrative as the Tarnished sets out to fix everything about the Lands Between by his lonesome.

- Synopsis: A Tarnished of no Renown who calls herself Rowa makes her way across the Lands Between and sneaks into Leyndell after obtaining two Great Runes. Wanting to bring peace to the Lands Between at the price of doing away the Golden Order, she takes the chance to become Morgott's consort and forms an alliance with him in the process.

- Comments: This is an interesting slow burn romance between Morgott and Rowa in a way that it's sweet. The fact that this fanfic showcases the possibility of the Tarnished choosing to become Morgott's consort makes me wish that's an option in the game.
