It centers around Allen Avadonia, the servant and brother of Riliane Lucifen d'Autriche, the heiress of the Lucifenian mafia known as Yellow Rose. While it starts introducing the crumbling criminal empires and the twin assassins Ney Phutapie and Lemy Abelard, the plot slowly thickens with a present from Prim Marlon to Riliane: a hand mirror that supposedly is part of the Lost Mirror of Lucifenia.
