Kamen Rider X Kamen Rider Amp & Witch: Heroes Unite! is a crossover fanfic by Michael Ravencroft, featuring characters from his two other fusion fics, Bring Us Hope, Kamen Rider Witch! and Heroes From Another World.
After Anne Boonchuy/Kamen Rider Amp accidentally activates a mysterious device, Luz Noceda/Kamen Rider Witch is transported from the Boiling Isles to the city of Newtopia. While both of them are initially confused, they (along with Marcy/Kamen Rider Ranger) must soon team up to stop a Phantom known as Lich, the King of the Undead.

Kamen Rider X Kamen Rider Amp & Witch: Heroes Unite! provides examples of:
- Adaptational Early Appearance: Barrel would first be mentioned in "Barrel's Warhammer", and would appear in a flashback in "The Core and the King", but he appears in this fic before either of those events are seen in canon.
- Adaptational Villainy: Barrel is forced to serve Lich in this fic, where he was a noble toad in canon.
- Affectionate Nickname: Anne starts calling Luz “Lu-Lu”.
- Alternate Self: Lich is actually Emperor Belos, specifically the one seen in Kamen Rider Witch Alternative: The Ballad of Oscura. The whole reason he’s in Amphibia in the first place was because he wanted to steal Luz’s magic to defeat the evil version of her in his universe.
- Apologetic Attacker: The three spirits resurrected by Lich feel guilty for being forced to be used for evil, and as much as they want to let the Riders kill them again, they have no choice but to fight.Anne/Kamen Rider Amp: What the heck, dude?! You told me to destroy your body!Xolata: I also said I’m under orders to fight you. Which means I must defend myself against you. I never said it was going to be easy, I’d very much would stand still for you, but as it stands, my actions are out of my hands. I am going to cast a destruction spell next; I’d dodge it if I were you.
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: When Xolata tries and fails to tell the Plantars about what Lich is planning, Sprig asks why she wants to help them stop Lich. Xolata says that she’s angry at Lich for bringing her back to life, being made into his puppet, and because she just doesn’t like him.
- Brainwashed and Crazy: Anne is cursed by Xolata, making her believe that Marcy and Luz are Fallen. Witch tries to use one of her rings to break the curse, but Amp knocks it away, so Ranger has to find it while Amp and Witch duke it out.
- Bystander Syndrome: Tsukasa willingly chooses not to get involved in the conflict because he doesn’t want to interfere in the journeys of the other Riders. It’s also why he can’t bring Anne and Marcy back to Earth when offering to bring Luz back to the Boiling Isles
- Crossover: Aside from the obvious team-up between Luz, Anne, and Marcy, Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade makes a few appearances in this fic.
- Forced into Evil: Barrel, Xolata, and Donleon are forced to serve Lich, and are unable to fight back against him, much less tell the heroes of his plans.
- Foreshadowing: When asked who her favorite Heisei Kamen Rider in her and Marcy’s universe is, Luz responds with Kamen Rider Xcal, the tenth Rider of the Heisei Era who had the powers of the previous nine Riders. The tenth Heisei Rider, Kamen Rider Decade, would later make an appearance.
- Expy: Dr. Von Bron is basically a newt version of Doc Brown, down to having “Great Scott!” as a catchphrase.
- I Ate WHAT?!: Luz’s visit to Amphibia wouldn’t be complete without her questioning the fact that the residents here eat bugs for food. Downplayed in the fact that she actually enjoys a beetle burger, she just tries not to think about what it’s made of.
- In the Name of the Moon: Towards the end, Witch, Ranger, and Amp decide to do an impromptu roll call together.Luz/Kamen Rider Witch: From humblest of beginnings, a hero has arrived! The Light of Hope, Kamen Rider Witch!Marcy/Kamen Rider Ranger: A mind as swift as the wind! The Emerald Archer, Kamen Rider Ranger!Anne/Kamen Rider Amp: Strong as thunder and fast as lightning! The Azure Fighter, Kamen Rider Amp!”(several explosions accompanied by wind, electricity, and light go off behind the three Riders)Anne/Kamen Rider Amp: Uh... how did that happen?
- Locked Out of the Loop: Sasha/Kamen Rider Bellona isn’t as aware of the conflict going on as the other three riders in this fic, as she hasn’t reunited with Anne and Marcy yet. Even when Bellona is summoned for the final attack against Lich, she isn’t able to talk with the others, and can barely process what happened.
- Omniglot: Tsukasa is revealed to be one thanks to his dimension traveling abilities, as he manages to speak perfect Spanish and Thai to Luz and Anne respectively.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: The normally boastful Night orders Andrias to stand down as soon as Tsukasa transforms into his Complete 21 form.
- Our Liches Are Different: Belos/Lich has the ability to resurrect the dead, and makes three dead Amphibian warriors into his servants, whether they want to or not.
- Sequel Hook:
- When Luz gets back to the Boiling Isles, she learns that there’s another Kamen Rider like her.
- Empress Oscura, the new ruler from the version of the Boiling Isles Lich came from, plans to take action against Luz in the future while looking into how Lich was able to travel to Amphibia in the first place.
- Ship Tease: Luz shows a slight attraction to Anne, much to Marcy’s dismay.
- Take That!: Towards the end, when Tsukasa transforms into his Complete 21 form, the narration points out that the ridiculous design for it when it first appeared in Zi-O vs. Decade was meant to be a prototype, and the different form used for the fic is more refined and stable by comparison.
- There Is Only One Bed: Luz sleeps in Anne’s hotel room, and the two share a bed together. It makes for a very awkward situation when Marcy sees Luz snuggling up to Anne the next morning.Marcy: WHAT’S GOING ON HERE?!Anne: (groggily) Eh... five more minutes…Marcy: Don’t "five more minutes..." me! WAKE UP!
- Villain Respect: While not exactly villains, the three resurrected Amphibian legends show a great deal of pride in Sasha, Anne, and Marcy for defeating them and freeing them from Lich’s grasp.
- Wham Line: "I suppose it is rude that I don’t introduce myself. My name is Tsukasa, Kadoya Tsukasa. And I am the Destroyer of Worlds."
