Everything's Better with Friends is an Amphibia written by WritingRegularly. The fic is a What If? story where Marcy and Sasha transported in the same woods Anne initially ended up with her in with the story focusing on the trio's efforts to survive and get home as their friendship gets tested along the way.

This fanfic contains examples of the following:
- Armor-Piercing Question: After Marcy is poisoned by the shapeshifter, Anne makes the decision to go seek the Plantars for help. Sasha demands that she doesn't, as she's still paranoid after the people of Wartwood tried to kill her. Anne asks, "Are you going to stop me?" For once, Sasha is silent.
- Action Girl: All three girls as per canon partially fueled by their Calamity Box powers.
- Darker and Edgier: At times the various dangers Anne, Sasha, and Marcy face are played even more seriously (especially the various monsters they face) than the canon series.
- Heroic BSoD: When Marcy and Sasha come to the Plantars' to get Anne, Anne notices dark circles under Sasha's eyes and her hair and clothes are unkempt, as if she had gone through some form of trauma at the thought of something bad happening to Anne.
- For Want Of A Nail: Due to Sasha's suspicions and influence, Anne doesn't end up living with the Plantars immediately.
- After causing the cart full of confiscated frog property to crash, Sasha smooth talks her way into having a talk with Captain Grime.
- Hypocritical Humor: Sasha is a good source for this.Sasha: Bossy? I’m not bossy! Marcy, these are completely wrong! Change them, now!
- In Spite of a Nail: Anne still ends up befriending Sprig and the rest of the Plantars despite not living with them here.
- The taxes on the stand are still raised like in "Plantar's Last Stand" though the issue is resolved much differently.
- The toads come to confiscate everything due to the frogs not paying their taxes (seemingly) like in "Toad Tax", though this time Anne is not there to be recruited into them and she, Sprig and Sasha end up crashing their cart and stealing back all the stuff that was confiscated.
- Jerkass Realization: Like in the canon show, Sasha comes to the realization that she is a horrible friend and that she likes the idea of being in charge because she doesn't want to lose Anne and Marcy.
- Toxic Friend Influence: We get a very good look at how manipulative Sasha can be in this story as she has a tighter grip on Anne since she is with her rather than with the Plantars like in canon.
- Voluntary Shapeshifting: The girls come across a shapeshifter that takes their forms in order to be free. However, they don't fall for it and end up trapping it in a pit.
- What If?: The fic basically explores what would happen if Anne, Sasha, and Marcy had been transported to the same place together rather than Sasha and Marcy ending up in Toad Tower and Newtopia respectively.
