Philippe Catoire (born July 3, 1947) is a French actor and voice actor.

A stage veteran with much experience with classics of the repertoire (Molière, Shakespeare, Hugo, Beckett etc), he's also specialized in dubbing. He is the main French voice of Tom Wilkinson, Richard Jenkins, Charles Dance (including Tywin Lannister in Game of Thrones and Alan Jonah in the MonsterVerse), Ciarán Hinds, Michael O'Neill, Gerald McRaney and David Marciano. He dubs Ian McKellen since the passings of both Bernard Dhéran and Jean Piat, as well as Geoffrey Rush since the passing of Patrick Floersheim. He's also the voice of Darth Vader in Star Wars since the Disney acquisition of the franchise (starting with Rogue One).

Animation-wise, he's perhaps best known as Lord Farquaad in Shrek, Soto in Ice Age, Lord Victor Quartermaine in Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit and Vendell in Tales of Arcadia.

In video games, he's known for voicing Khadgar in World of Warcraft, the Illusive Man in Mass Effect and King Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII in Final Fantasy XV.
