Richard "Dick" Miller (December 25, 1928 – January 30, 2019) was an American character actor.
Best known for his many roles in B-Movies and horror films playing blue-collar schnooks and schlemiels of every stripe, and for appearing in the films of Roger Corman and Joe Dante, Miller worked with several other well-known directors over the course of his long career, including Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, and James Cameron.
He also portrayed various characters named Walter Paisley, who were probably not the same person (although...).
