In Voltron: The Third Dimension and Voltron Force, the suit colors rotated to match the lions (i.e. Keith who piloted the black lion in the original now wears a black suit, and Allura's uniform changed to blue). In Voltron: Legendary Defender, the lion colors rotate to match the suit (i.e. Keith who wore a red suit in the original now pilots the red lion.)
