The Love-Interests
     Ryouta Kazama

Voiced by Yuki Kaji

The heroine's childhood friend that left for America because of his father's work several years ago. He has returned to Japan to finish off his highschool years.

  • Childhood Friend Romance: The heroine's childhood friend and one of the available love interests.
  • Childhood Marriage Promise: More of a wish, but his wish was for him and the heroine to grow up and get married when they become adults. The heroine couldn't think of a wish, and merely wished that his wish would come true.
  • Eagleland: Lived in America for the past several years, as his father's work meant the family moved there. He returned to Japan the day before the game starts.
  • First Guy Wins: Should the player opt for his ending, as he has known the heroine longest, and is the first love interest she meets on her first day of highschool.
  • Hidden Depths: He enjoys fly-fishing.
  • Make a Wish: Legend says that if one thinks of a wish near the Habataki Chapel, blows onto a windspinner, and the bells begin to ring immediately after, the wish will come true. He made one with the heroine as children, as seen in the introduction.
  • Polyamory: The player can enter a 'Fourth Heart' relationship with him, Inoru, and Mikage. Another pair-up is with him, Iku, and Minoru.
  • Raven Hair, Ivory Skin: Has dark hair and rather pale skin.
  • School Play: During the third year school play, he plays the prince in Cinderella. And he's not the first one to do so, with Hazuki and Kenta Taira having also performed those roles in their games.

     Nozomu Sassa

Voiced by Takuya Sato

The athletic guy, who dreams of competing and winning every event in a decathlon.

  • Breaking Old Trends: He's a lot smarter than most of the previous athletic love interests. Though despite this, none of his ending requirements involve the heroine having high study herself.
  • Forgotten Childhood Friend: He's also a childhood friend of the heroine's, having played with her and Ryouta in kindergarten, but the heroine doesn't remember him, at all.
  • Smarter Than You Look: Has a very logical side that has him analyze the best way for him to go about his plans and achieving his goals. Even his workout training is a clearly structured, logical setup to obtain the best results.

     Iku Honda

Voiced by Sonosuke Hattori

The studious guy, who is the quiz king of the Habataki City's "Quiz!! Brain Inter-High" contest. He loves learning new things and sharing his knowledge, coupling it with a bright and cheerful personality.

  • Breaking Old Trends: The first of the studious love interests that does not wear glasses, nor has green or blue hair.
  • Clothing Switch: He wears his father's shirts to school, hence why they are almost comically oversized for him.
  • Constantly Curious: He's curious about all sorts of topics and enjoys learning things.
  • Friend to All Children: He's very friendly and good at teaching others, with kids find him a cool older guy.
  • Motor Mouth: When he starts talking about something that piques his interest, it can sometimes be difficult to get him to stop.
  • The Nicknamer: He loves giving nicknames to things and people, regardless of their liking or disliking it.

     Minoru Nanatsumori

Voiced by Yohei Azakami

The fashionable guy that actually has two sides to himself. He's a rather quiet loner at school, but works part-time as a model under the name Nana.

  • Cosplay: It's one of his hobbies, including cross-play.
  • The Glasses Gotta Go: Ditches his glasses for contact lenses while modeling.
  • Polyamory: The player can enter a 'Fourth Heart' relationship with him, Ryouta, and Iku.
  • Punny Name: His online handle of 7♡co reads as 'Nanako', with Nana being how 7 is pronounced in Japanese.
  • Say It with Hearts: His online handle while streaming and cosplay is 7♡co.
  • School Play: Plays the beast in Beauty and the Beast.
  • Story Branching: After going on a date with him for the first time, he will ask the player if they want to date him as he is, with the neat hair and glasses, or if he should go into 'Nana mode', his hair loose and lacking glasses. Depending on the answer, this alters what Date CGs the player can obtain in that playthrough.

     Yanosuke Hiiragi

Voiced by Jun Fukuyama

The artistic guy, who is the main actor and chairman of the "Habataki Theatre Troupe", a company run by his family.

  • Book Dumb: His test scores tend to be the lowest of the love interests.
  • Caustic Critic: He tends to become overly critical and strict of his own acting performance. One CG even has him critique the set and actors of the haunted house in the amusement park when taken there for a date.
  • Cloudcuckoolander: Despite his serious appearance and attitude, he also does some weird things. He thanks self-service machines after using them.
  • Distinguishing Mark: Has a mole under his left eye.
  • Hopeless with Tech: He's not very good with technology, and one CG has him slowly learning how to use a laptop.
  • Lonely Rich Kid: He's overall very busy, being a lead actor and chairman of a company, and wasn't allowed to hang out with friends when he was younger.
  • Wholesome Crossdresser: He often plays female roles in the theatre troupe.

     Inori Himuro

Voiced by Kosuke Tanabe

The first-year student, Inori enters Habataki Academy during the heroine's second year. Despite not being one for studying, he does get good grades with ease.

  • Ambiguously Related: His last name being Himuro indicates that he's part of Reiichi Himuro's extended family, but nothing specific is mentioned. This does imply that he's also related by some degree to Itaru Hikami, who was Himuro's cousin.
  • Gratuitous English: If the player picks dialogue options or birthday presents that he likes, he'll say 'Excellent'.
  • Hidden Depths: He's got a current interest in surfing.
  • Smart People Wear Glasses: He wears glasses and gets extremely good grades, without much studying.

     Kojiro Mikage

Voiced by Hiroyuki Yoshino

The teacher of the heroine's homeroom class, as well as the advisor for the gardening and track and field club.

  • Animal Lover: He loves animals, even having a cow that he lovingly calls Molly. He even mentions her when a female student inevitably asks him about having a girlfriend during his introduction.
  • Cool Helmet: Level of coolness can be discussed, but he wears a holstein-cow patterened helmet when riding his motorcycle.
  • Hot for Teacher: He's one of the love interests, being the heroine's teacher until she graduates.
  • Polyamory: The player can enter a 'Fourth Heart' relationship with him, Hiiragi, and Himuro.
  • Sharp-Dressed Man: Himuro makes him wear a suit and tie when performing his duty as a teacher in school, though he personally prefers his body overall.
  • Unkempt Beauty: His hair is usually kept into a haphazardly put together ponytail. One CG has him looking for his hairtie, showing off his loose curls.

     Daichi Shirahane

Voiced by Shinei Ueki

Daichi works part-time at STALLION Gas and actually attends Hanegasaki Academy, the school from Girl's Side 2nd Kiss. He's an energetic mood maker and speaks with a Kansai dialect.

  • Mythology Gag: He works at the same gas station that's been around since the first game, where previous love interests or female friends have worked. He also fulfills the role of the 'previous series' school attendee' love interest by going to the school from the 2nd Kiss game.

    Kuya Shirahane

Voiced by Takahiro Miyake

A secret love interest for the player to find, he's the older brother of Daichi and younger brother to Mayo, who works at the Habataki Watcher. Meeting him requires writing a Habataki Watcher report 25 times and having 80 points or more in exercise before the end of March of the heroine's first schoolyear.

  • Mythology Gag: Despite never being seen in the uniform, it is mentioned that he attends Hanegasaki Academy, the school from 2nd Kiss, but is a year above his brother Daichi.
  • Rosehaired Sweetie: His hair is of a rose color, and he seems to be a rather kind-hearted individual.

DLC Characters

     Yukimichi Tomoe

Voiced by Tsubasa Yonaga

Tomoe becomes a member of the Habataki Academy's judo club, being under the supervision of Chikara Osako and is considered a judo prodigy. From a young age, he's been asked to be 'masculine' and devote himself to the sport of judo.

  • Downloadable Content: Only available if the player has purchased and downloaded Tomoe from the Nintendo e-shop.
  • Permanently Missable Content: If the player has his DLC, but doesn't join the judo club by June 27th of their first year at the latest, Tomoe will not appear if joined at any later point.

     Isao Onari

Voiced by Hiro Shimono

Isao is an alumnus of Habataki Academy and has become a student teacher there, with Chikara Osako as his old homeroom teacher. Supposedly, he was quiet a troublemaker in his highschool years.

  • Distinguishing Mark: He has a mole under his right eye.
  • Downloadable Content: Only available if the player has purchased and downloaded Isao from the Nintendo e-shop.
  • Letter Motif: His last name Onari is written with the kanji for 'big' or 'great' (大), the exact same kanji as Osako.
  • Permanently Missable Content: The only way to meet Isao after getting his DLC is to not have joined any club until March 31st of their first year, and then choosing 'But what should I do...?'. Joining any club prio to this point means Isao cannot be met.

The Gal-Friends

     Michiru Hanatsubaki

Voiced by Marika Kouno

One of the 'Hanatsubaki Twins' models and older sister to Hikaru. She runs the fashion blog with her sister, always talking about what the month's trend in clothes, accessories, and color is. Michiru also gives the player information on the love interests' preferences in fashion and color.

  • Custom Uniform: She wears the male, straight-sleeved type of blazer to her uniform, compared to the puff-sleeved female one.
  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: She's more down-to-earth and calm than Hikaru.
  • Mythology Gag: Just like Himeko and Karen in the second and third game, she's another part of the apparently large Hanatsubaki family. Just like her uncle Goro, Michiru is quite fashion-conscious.

     Hikaru Hanatsubaki

Voiced by Marika Kouno

The younger Hanatsubaki twin, Hikaru works as a model and runs a fashion blog with her sister. She has a sense for fashion and loves to express herself with it, allowing no compromises. She has information about romantic relationships happening in the school, and can give the player information on the love interests' likes and dislikes.

  • Foolish Sibling, Responsible Sibling: She's a bit more airheaded and energetic than Michiru.
  • Girlish Pigtails: Keeps her hair in two high pigtails.
  • Knowledge Broker: She supplies the player with information on the love interests' birthdate, basic takes on their personality, and her personal suggestion on what date places might appeal to them. She also supplies the Marie's Garden information, which shows what each met love interest thinks of the player.
  • Mythology Gag: Just like Himeko and Karen in the second and third game, she's another part of the apparently large Hanatsubaki family. Hikaru is very focused on fashion, though she fulfills the 'guys' information' role of the game.
  • The Nicknamer: Immediately called the player 'Marie', even before properly introducing herself to them, which Michiru scolds her for.
  • Rose-Haired Sweetie: She has pink hair and is a cute, sweet girl.
