Danny Fenton

    Danny Fenton
  • Amazon Chaser: Seeing as most of his dates can hold their own in a fight, Danny finds himself drawn to those the most.
  • Chivalrous Pervert: He's not above commenting on how attractive he thinks his dates look, especially if their wardrobe is flattering to their figure, but it's all in good fun with him as he's genuinely kind and respectful towards the girls he goes out with.
  • Unskilled, but Strong: Danny's ghost powers let him be a capable hero, but he relies mostly on the unique advantages he gets from them in his fights. The Strong and Skilled Sagat proved to be a lot more of a challenge than some of the ghosts Danny has fought as a result.
  • The Xenophile: Finding out that Lapis is technically an alien only made him more interested in her.

His Dates

Much like the original story, girls from different franchises would go on blind dates with Danny. But someone else is picking the dates this time...
     Kim Possible
  • Badass Normal: Her ability to fight off a superhuman like Shego gets Danny's attention.
  • No Guy Wants an Amazon: It's implied that she's had trouble with this, going by her surprise that Danny wasn't put off by her fighting skills.
  • Significant Green-Eyed Redhead: She's the first of three girls in a row that Danny dates who have red hair and green eyes, being the first date just like the original.
    Samantha Simpson
  • Ascended Extra: In the original story and spin-offs, she's a supporting character for Alex. Here, she becomes one of Danny's dates.
  • Foil:
    • To Kim, being both redheads with green eyes who fight bad guys. However, Kim is publicly known whereas Sam does it in secrecy.
    • To Alex, whom she replaced. Alex is a very energetic girl with tanned skin and acts very childish, whereas Sam is a more mature girl with fair skin and restrains herself better.
  • Trauma Button: She starts panicking a bit during a fight with Ariel when the latter was about to brainwash her to join the Sisterhood again.
    Gwen Tennyson
  • Half-Human Hybrid: She was born with her anodyte powers, as opposed to Danny's ghost powers being given unnaturally.
    Abby Archer
  • Badass Normal: She has no powers, relying solely on her Grossology tech.
  • Foil: To Emma, who she replaced. Both have similar hairstyles, but Emma is taller and far less confident, whereas Abby is not as tall and more confident in herself.
  • Rescue Romance: She's momentarily drawn to Danny Phantom after he saves her from a ghost rat. Later, she decides to keep Danny's secret and continue her date with him for this same reason.
    Leni Loud
  • Hidden Depths: She's more observant than her ditzy behavior would suggest.
    Marinette Dupain-Cheng
  • Ascended Extra: Marinette never appeared in the original story, making her presence in the various spin-off stories. She's one of Danny's dates in this take.
  • Betty and Veronica: She finds herself as the Archie of a Love Triangle. Danny, despite being new to her life, is the Betty in that he has a more modest lifestyle and is a more approachable boy. Adrien, someone she knows back home, is the Veronica in that he lives a mansion and is a model despite being a Nice Guy himself.
  • Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Her heart is still for Adrien, but she doesn't deny that part of her has become drawn to Danny because he's a respectful person and a superhero like her to boot.
    Sakura Kasugano
  • Berserk Button: She'll react poorly to anything that could be perceived as disrespect to Ryu. When Danny first meets her, he mispronounces the name as "Rye-you", which was not uncommon for those unfamiliar with it. She snaps at him and tells him its actual pronunciation.
  • Normal Fish in a Tiny Pond: As one of the world warriors of Street Fighter, Sakura is a skilled martial artist that can even use Ki Attacks, making her devastating against civilians. Against others on the same level or higher though, she's mid-ranked, easily overpowered by Sagat in their fight.
    Lapis Lazuli
  • The Atoner: Downplayed but Lapis was aligned with Homeworld initially — which wanted to literally drain away the resources of Earth for its own ends — and she doesn't regard that time fondly.
  • Foil: To Jenny Wakeman from the original story. Both are inorganic beings who present as female but whereas Jenny is a terrestrial robot modeled after a teenage,r Lapis is a thousands-year-old alien with magical powers.
     Cree Lincoln
    Violet Parr
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Much like the original, Violet becomes fond of Danny because he doesn't give her grief over her breakup with Tony and goes out of his way to help her be more comfortable.
  • Named by the Adaptation: Defied. Unlike the original, she does not use the moniker of "Invisi-girl" due to the author not using fan made terms. While she does suggest going by "Miss Disappear", as she was briefly called "Little Miss Disappear", she doesn't seem to be married to the idea.
     Jen Masterson
     Daphne Blake
  • Ascended Extra: She only appeared as a supporting character in other stories due to Velma's relationship with Tucker. She is now a proper date in this take.
     Star Butterfly
  • Foil: To Katie Ka-Boom, whom she replaced. Both of them are blondes whose powers make them dangerous. While Katie becomes unhealthily attached to Danny, Star is quick to see she and Danny aren't connecting and they part relatively well.
  • No Sparks: Despite Danny admiring her magical prowess, her immaturity and chaotic way of fighting makes him uninterested in her.
     Wendy Corduroy
     Melissa Chase
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Melissa showed genuine admiration for Danny because he wasn't dissuaded or showed dislike towards Milo because of his family curse.
     April O'Neil
     Bridgette
  • Ascended Extra: In the original story, she's mentioned as one of Tucker's dates before Danny dates Gwen from the same series. She and Gwen swap places, with Bridgette becoming Danny's date instead.
     Vanessa Doofenshmirtz
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Her interest in Danny grew the more he treated her respectfully.
  • Becoming the Mask: Vanessa was only meant to seduce Danny into picking her, only for her to end up actually interested in him.
  • Daddy's Girl: Although Doofenshmirtz is a villain, granted not a very competent one, Vanessa is still willing to do what he asks, even win the affections of a superhero.
  • A Lighter Shade of Black: Compared to Cree, Vanessa is more reluctant to do villainy for her father.
     Kula Diamond
  • An Ice Person: Her primary method of combat is cryokinesis.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: Kula thought Danny was an agent for NESTS at first. She is proven wrong and falls for him after the sympathy and friendliness he expresses towards her.
  • Big Eater: She eats massive amounts of ice cream throughout the entire chapter she appears in.
  • Everyone Has Standards: For all her childish immaturity and sadness of not remembering her parents, Kula appears to have nothing but disdain for the currently MIA Geese Howard, thinking his son Rock could do better being raised by Terry Bogard. When Danny mentions how sad it is for Rock's father to be missing, she mutters he wouldn't be saying that if he knew who he was.
  • Genki Girl: She has a child-like sense of excitement and eagerness. Justified in that she has the mindset of a child.
  • Insecure Love Interest: For all her childishness, Kula regrets her time from NESTS and thinks Danny could do better than someone who was a weapon for a terrorist organization. Danny begs to differ and sees Kula as decent person.
  • Single Woman Seeks Good Man: Kula finds herself greatly interested in Danny for his good nature.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Anything sweet, namely ice cream.
  • Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Danny comments on the irony that Kula, who was given ice powers to fight the fire-based K', is afraid of fire.
     Makoto Kino
  • Composite Character: Defied. It is brought up that unlike the original Many Dates, Makoto is based exclusively on the 90s anime rather than making her a composite of it and Crystal.
     Yuki Kusakabe
  • Foil: To Kula Diamond. Kula is a childish young lady skilled in hand-to-hand combat who can use her powers to fight. Yuki is a mature but withdrawn young lady with no fighting prowess whatsoever and has powers that are deemed harmless.
  • Two-Person Love Triangle: Yuki develops a closeness with Danny Fenton, while admitting to Danny Phantom she has a crush on him. She leaves before he could reveal his identity to her, with a second attempt interrupted, and is left unsure who she likes more without knowing they're the same person.
     Penny Proud
     Kimiko Tohomiko
     Clawdeen Wolf
  • Ascended Extra: She was a supporting character in the original story during Danny's date with Spectra, now being the one dating while Spectra never meets Danny in person, much to the ghost girl's disappointment.
    Bloom
    Liz Allen
  • Good Counterpart: Danny describes her as the Anti-Paulina. She is far less conceited and rude than the other Hispanic cheerleader that Danny knows.
