Pokémon Ranger the Comic: Double Mission

The main male character in the Pokémon Ranger short series.
- Bookends: In the first chapter, he asks Iyori if she was the one who contacted the Ranger Base for help (which she always replies yes) and proceeds to Bridal Carry her. In the last chapter he asks Solana if she was the one who aided him, and proceeds to also carry in the same manner.
- Workaholic: So much so that his girlfriend dumped him for it. Later subverted at a point when it's revealed that his current girlfriend turned ex is actually Tiffany in disguise, but played straight otherwise that he's much more focused at being a Ranger than anything else.
Solana

The main female character in the Pokémon Ranger short series.
- Crazy-Prepared: She captured a horde of different Pokémon while on their way to capture Deoxys due to their lack of knowledge on it.
- Public Secret Message: In order to tell Lunick that Deoxys can only be captured in its Normal form, she spells out the word with her Pokémon so he can see it in the sky.
Go-Rock Quads
The main antagonist of the double mission chapter.
- Musical Assassin: All their instruments have Super Stylers built into them, which they use to control Deoxys.

- The Ace: He can do even the work of an operator and a mechanic at the same time.
- Book Smart: Much of his knowledge comes from obsessing over the achievements of past Rangers, so when confronted with a crisis that has never happened before, he briefly panics over what to do.
Kate

The main female character in the Shadows of Almia chapters.
- Gadgeteer Genius: Her main skill, which she always has an interest in tinkering with machines.
- The Ditz: Her Establishing Character Moment has her blowing up a Capture Styler on her first day of school.
