Main Characters

Pivot

Voice actress: Meredith Sims

Our protagonist.

The main character. Pivot’s origins are largely unknown, as is her primary purpose. She’s come into possession of a device known as the AMP, which thus far has been used once to give her fist weapons to use for self defense in combat. Also, she works at a made cafe.

• Amnesiac Hero: She wakes up in the middle of an abandoned place without knowing what she was doing here or even who she is. Turns out she is missing some memories. Some of this memories shows that she was under control of Dr. Hivemind.
• Berserk Button: Never. Ever. Hurt. Socket. Dr Hivemind learns this the death way.
• Brain Uploading: Implied. Dr. Hivemind implies this when he refers Pivot as Piper, implying that she was human at some point. Word of God confirms this when asked in his discord server, Pivot, or rather Piper, was an attempt of digitizing the mind of a human into a robot body, with the current Pivot being a second attempt before the last one committed suicide due to not being able to cope with being a robot.
• Deadpan Snarker: She is prone on doing sarcastic remarks on people that annoys her.
• Given Name Reveal: Implied. When Pivot comes to save Socket from Hivemind, he says her actual name: Piper. Maybe, it is unknown if Hivemind is just trying to confuse Pivot or if he is telling the truth.
• Jerk with a Heart of Gold: She can be rude sometimes but her heart (or core) is in the right place.
• Hidden Depths: While she may seem just a normal and simple minded girl, but she is actually quite wise, giving a very good life advice to Gladys after she tries to kick out Collet, or when she comforts Socket after she reveals her backstory.
• Megaton Punch: Thanks to her AMP, a device in her back, she can summon gauntlets that can match the power of a Breaker type robot.
• Metalhead: Turns out she is one when Socket takes her to the karaoke during their date, singing a rock song and managing to win Socket’s heart with it.
• Ms. Fanservice: There are several panels to show how sexy she is, with shots of her back and etc.
• Robot Girl: She is a yellow android with pink iris and an antennae on her head.
• Robot Superhero: Well, robot special agent, but after leaving the cosplay cafe, she decides to work for the IFS instead.
• Talking Down the Suicidal: She convinces Collet to stay with her when the latter starts to talk out loud her suicidal thoughts.

Socket

Sk-08 or Socket, is a fellow android that works with Pivot in the maid cafe they work in. A pink colored android, she has a crush on Pivot and wants to spend time with her.

• Damsel in Distress: She is one when she is taken hostage by Dr. Hivemind and Pivot needs to save her from the mafia.
• Gayngst: Part of her backstory. She was an android built by a man who had really bad luck with womens and couldn’t find a healthy relationship. But the personality core of Socket made her lesbian and couldn't reciprocate the feelings her creator gave to her. In the end, she was kicked out due to either the fear, the feeling of failure or even guilt her maker might have felt when Socket didn’t do what she was made for.
• Genki Girl: She is a very excitable and friendly android who tries her best to be friends with everyone.
• Sexbot: The reason she was built for. Turns out that she was an android made to be the companion to a lonely man but her personality core made her lesbian and couldn’t reciprocate the love of her creator, later kicking her out and leave her to fend for herself.

Gladys

She is a Dagonian who owns a pawnshop with her brother Thrash. She’s a long time friend of Pivot’s and is her roommate. Though normally bubbly and excitable, she’s a force to be reckoned with when angry.

• Genki Girl: She is very bubbly and excitable, when Pivot returns home after being lost in the first part of the webcomic, she immediately hugs her and starts talking very fast of how worried she was and that she is happy Pivot returned.
• Heartfelt Apology: She apologizes to Collet for lashing on her even though she hadn’t to do anything to the robbery from ealier.
• O.O.C. Is Serious Business: The only time she stops being excitable is when Pivot brings Collet to her apartment, to which she vehemently refuses, due to the attempted robbery by a Demi at her pawn shop earlier in the chapter.

Collet

A Canis Demi who also works at the maid caffé with Pivot and Socket. She’s a very nervous individual who comes from a rough family. After her brother attacks the pawnshop of Gladys and injures her brother, Collet is now living with the Pivot and Gladys (although the latter opposed to it)

• Dysfunctional Family: Her father is in jail for life, her mother died during her birth (something her brother accuses her for) and he tries to rob the pawn shop of Gladys. She is very unhappy to say the least.
• Shrinking Violet: Collet is rather timid and meek, with her family background, no wonder why she is so timid.

International Federation of Security

The Internation Federation of Security, or IFS, is an organization dedicated to the protection and security of humanity. They have several agents, many of them including robots, to serve this purpose.

Axle

AX-13 or Axle is a red android built to operate as an agent within the IFS. While combat capable, he largely operates as an investigator, and has become Pivot’s source of contact upon acquiring the AMP.

• Workaholic: He is very dedicated to the IFS and their goals.

Flux

Flux is a mysterious, levitating robot designed for combat. She is equipped three levitating blades and a French accent. Not much is known about her other than she is associated with the Vigilance organization.

• Gratuitous French: She has a French accent and uses several words of the language to talk with people.

A blue secretary android who works as the intel of the IFS, sending crucial information to the agents and

• Nerd Glasses: Relay wears big glasses and she is a massive DnD player, judging by the other artworks of Zedrin.
• Workaholic: Like Axle, he is very dedicated to the IFS and their efforts to protecting people.

Dr. Armin Blaustein

The technician of the IFS, he is the man in charge of the maintenance of the technology IFS uses.

• Herr Doktor: Armin is a name of Germanic origin and has a doctorate in engineering and is also systems technician.
