- Protagonist Title: "Miyajima" looks into his infiltration of Siachen Glacier by masquering as a JGSDF soldier.
- Walking Spoiler: Hard to talk about him since the episodes don't air chronologically.

reveals that like Miyajima, he too engaged in Institutional Allegiance Concealment by pretending to be a disgruntled ex-Marine making a career change to mercenary work, when in fact he is an active duty USMC officer who went undercover to collect intelligence on Exoframe proliferation. - Nice Guy: He's one in the ranks of CSS, to the point that his new commanding officer had to tell him to tone it down.
- Private Military Contractors: Loewner was recruited by Cerberus Security Services to provide security for a pier in the Persian Gulf.
- Protagonist Title: "Loewner" dives into his PMC background in the Persian Gulf.
- Token Good Teammate: While the rest of the CSS were more than willing to cut their client loose after they failed to pay for their services, Loewner was reluctant to abandon the pier and its civilian employees.

- Self-Made Man: Rather than inherit his father's political connections, Reshep embarked on a distinguished military career, eventually becoming the commander of the Azanian Army Special Forces Group before turning his attention to politics.
- Spell My Name With An S: In-universe, African analysts often misspell his name as Reshap, conflating it with his Reshapeism policies that aim to use Exoframes to close the technological gap between all African countries.

- The Dreaded: Zahir's known throughout South America as the "Carhuincho", for his exploits in Ecauador and Peru.
- Even Evil Has Standards: When Zahir met Jamal and Kayira for the first time after recruting them, he was willing to demobilize them so that they can have a normal childhood.
- Good Scars, Evil Scars: Zahir has two large scars running down his left cheek just like the Outcast Brigade's skull insignia.
- Hero Killer: He's killed off several soldiers from the Peruvian Army in "Carhuincho".
- Villain with Good Publicity: The second season has him (and the rest of OB) integrated into the Azanian Army.

Bowman and a fellow Marine jokingly trade conspiracy theories, such as that the Exoframes' neural connection technology actually brainwashes the pilots.
