The good old plumber and the titular protagonist who urinates off a cliff and a Goomba interrupts him, however after he realises that a very famous video of him pissing has been uploaded, he becomes furious and turns into a nightmare...
- Adaptational Jerkass: In Nintendo games he's a All-Loving Hero, but here he's pretty rude, and he gets far worse...
- Ax-Crazy: In part 2, Mario goes around massacring ton of people who watched the video of him pissing, this however cools down in part 3.
- From Bad to Worse: It already sucked for him to be recorded pissing and viewed by just everyone but he made the situation worse later on in Part 2.
- From Nobody to Nightmare: He was just a plumber pissing, but went on to become a delusional mass murderer.
- Jerk with a Heart of Gold: He might be pretty rude and a mass murderer, but he still cares about his friend Squidward and possibly the Goomba.
- Knight Templar: Thinks that killing all of the people who watched the video was the right thing to do.
- Only Friend: Only Squidward as far as we know, possibly the Goomba too.
- Revenge: Mario's pissed that the video off him pissing is so famous, so he goes and kills all the people who watched it, however at the end he targets Blaze, the guy who recorded and uploaded the video.
- Spree Killer: In part 2, he goes around killing everyone he can who saw the video of him pissing.
- Toilet Humour: It should be pretty obvious that the cornerstone of the series is Mario pissing off a cliff and later seeking revenge for a video being recorded of the action and posted onto YouTube.
- Villain Protagonist: For killing all the people who watched the video and thinking it's a good thing, which it isn't.
A suicidal Goomba which begs Mario to jump on him but Mario helps the Goomba to cure its depression.
- Death Seeker: Keeps telling Mario to jump on him.
- Driven to Suicide: Not really, since he asks Mario to kill him, but he says that he's very suicidal.
- Panacea: The psychiatrist cures him.
- The Reveal: To Mario when he tells him about his suicidal thoughts.
- What the Hell, Hero?: When seeing Mario pissing and not jumping on him.
The true main antagonist who recorded and published a video of Mario pissing which was viewed a lot (if not the most viewed video ever since the views).
- Asshole Victim: You won't feel bad for Blaze at the end of part 5.
- Big Bad: Revealed at part 4.
- The Corrupter: Thanks to the video, Mario became a mass murderer.
- Creator Cameo: Unlike others who are voiced by him, he is Blaze himself.
- Hidden Villain: Until part 5.
- Instant Death Bullet: When Mario shoots him with a shotgun, he dies immediately and Clefable can't help him.
- Jerkass: He's the biggest asshole of all the characters.
- Jerkass to One: He's especially a massive asshole towards Mario for uploading the video which made Mario become a mass murderer.
- Lack of Empathy: Blaze doesn't feel any remorse for making the video.
Mario's friend and SpongeBob and Patrick's grumpy neighbour.
- Only Friend: Mario, as we know for now.
- Toilet Humour: When he shits as the part 4 title says.
The leader of the Koopa's and Mario's arch nemesis who brags Mario to admit himself as a villain after the massacre.
- Archenemy: We all know he's Mario's archenemy, but he's not the big bad here.
- Say It: Keeps making Mario say that he's a villain.
- Villain Has a Point: He's actually right with Mario that he's a villain.
The Superintendent of Springfield Elementary School who accidentally finds Squidward shitting while looking for Skinner.
- Adaptational Dumbass: Chalmers is not an idiot in the show but he's maybe a idiot here because he went in a toilet to find Skinner.
- Incoming Ham: Just like in the show.... SKIIIIINNNNER!
An enigmatic Mafia gangster who tries to bring guns in a plane to his German friend but fails when he meets the security guard.
- Jerkass: He was a huge asshole.
- Karma Houdini: We never see him again but due to his behaviour, he might've been kicked out of the airport.
