The first real pirate the Golden Cloud Pirates encounter.
- Berserk Button: Don't insult his looks, especially his nose.
- Death by Adaptation: Executed by the Marines after losing to Izuku.
- Demoted to Extra: Doesn't get beyond being a Starter Villain due to his execution.
- Even Evil Has Standards: When Izuku tells him that he proves Okamas get too much of a bad rep, he agrees before realizing he was called an Okama.
- Large Ham: Loves all things flashy.
- Oh, Crap!: He hopes Izuku is bluffing that he had eaten a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit.

Kuro "Of A Hundred Plans"
Crew Position: Captain
A former pirate who faked his death and hid away on Syrup Island as Kaya's butler Klahadore.
- All for Nothing: His plans come undone when Kaya learns he kicked Taion out and was fired. After that, he was beaten by Izuku.
- Death by Adaptation: Left to be arrested by the Marines after his defeat, and this time, he is executed for real.
- Dramatic Irony: For all of his plans, he did not account for Taion and the Golden Cloud Pirates springing a trap on him.
- Evil Is Petty: He planned on killing Kaya, a sick woman who considered him family, and taking her fortune.
- Kick the Dog: He literally kicked Taion, an orphan who was like Kaya's little brother, out of his home.
- Uncertain Doom: The crew left him for the Marines to pick up, and since discovering Buggy was executed they think he was as well.
Word of God later confirmed that he was executed.
Pirate Armada

Crew Position: Captain
Admiral of the Pirate Armada who has recently returned to the East Blue.
- Bad Boss: He admits that he doesn't care if his crew dies due to his recklessness. This pisses Izuku off enough to kill him.
- Farmer and the Viper: The Golden Cloud Pirates offer him food, he wants to take their ship. This disgusts his crewmember Jin, who brought them.
- Hypocrite: He thinks Izuku has no chance to make it in the Grand Line, but as he points out, Krieg just ran back to the East Blue from the Grand Line.
- Killed Off for Real: Izuku kills him for how heinous he is.
- Stupid Evil: Everyone finds his Ungrateful Bastard philosophy to be imbecilic.
Jin
"Two Faced" Jin
Crew Position: Crewman
A self-contradicting crew member who was starved by Present Mic before being saved by the Golden Cloud Pirates.
- The Atoner: While he'd love to join the Golden Cloud Pirates, he feels that leading Krieg to them is inexcusable so he decides to head for the Grand Line on his own until he feels he deserves to be there.
- Because You Were Nice to Me: He becomes quite loyal to Izuku and Ibara for feeding him and not blaming him for Krieg's actions.

Fish-man Species: Sawshark
Crew Position: Captain
A Fish-Man who fled to the East Blue after the dissolution of the Sun Pirates.
- Death by Adaptation: Izuku kills him with his own sawblade nose.
- Fantastic Racism: Absolutely loathes humans.
- Moral Myopia: When he starts whining about the crew members Momo murdered, Izuku doesn't hesitate to remind him of the eight years of suffering he put on Ochako and her people.
- Moving the Goalposts: Never intending to keep his promise to Ochako, he has all the Berries she collected confiscated.

Crew Position: Captain
Originally a fat and unattractive pirate captain Izuku stole from, she is now the most beautiful pirate captain in the East Blue.
- Affably Evil: Is quite friendly with Izuku, despite him turning down her advances.
- The Baroness: Now a Sexpot variant, she flirts with Izuku quite a bit.
- Formerly Fat: Lost a lot of weight with her Devil Fruit.

Crew Position: Captain
The former king of Drum Island who abandoned his nation after being attacked by Blackbeard. He took all the doctors with him.
- Adipose Rex: A former king and quite fat.
- Cannibalism Superpower: He can get stronger by eating anything and anyone.
- Evil Is Petty: Because Cobra called him out for being a fool, he slapped Vivi, threatening war if not for Vivi's apology.
- Would Hurt a Child: Had no problem slapping Vivi when she was a child after her father chastised him.
Whitebeard Pirates

Devil Fruit: Mera Mera No Mi
Crew Position: Second Division Commander
A member of the Whitebeard pirates hunting Blackbeard also happens to be Tenya's cousin.
- Composite Character: She's one of Ace.
- Friendly Rival: She decides that since she thinks Whitebeard will be King of the Pirates, and Izuku wants to be King as well, then they should be rivals.

A rogue Whitebeard pirate being hunted for killing a crew mate, who is now seeking to join the Seven Warlords after Crocodile's Defeat.
- Ambition Is Evil: Wishes to join the Seven Warlords.
- From Nobody to Nightmare: Seeks to invoke this.
