Elza Forte
Voiced by: Yōko Hikasa (speaking), Risa Aizawa (singing)
- The Chessmaster: Her reason for bringing Yume to Venus Ark is to lure out Hime.
- A Child Shall Lead Them: Still a teenager but at the same time is Venus Ark's headmistress.
- Fantastic Racism: Played with. At first she treated Rola this way because she lacked her own brand and felt she didn't need to pay her attention. Rola later went on to prove her wrong, but Elza still viewed her negatively for a while.
- Full-Name Basis: Apart from Rei and Kirara, she has a tendency to refer to other characters by their full names in Western order.
- Meaningful Name: "Forte" means a person's strongest ability, or it can refer to "forte" from the dynamics of music, meaning "loud". Elza is a perfectionist Idol capable of doing many things with ease.
- Mommy Issues: Part of the reason she acts the way she does is because she wants to grab the attention and affection of her mother with the Sun Dress coord.
- Odd Name Out: Her name is entirely foreign.
- Parental Neglect: A victim of it, from her mother's hand. Seeing that her mother is a very successful actress, she barely had time to give Elza the affection she wanted, which resulted in 15 years' worth of familial baggage manifest in showing everyone up.
- Pirate: Described as 'Perfect Elza, the Idol Pirate'. Being the headmistress of Venus Ark, her goal is to go around the world and steal all of the top idols.
- The Unapologetic: She doesn't appear to care for her fans very much, even tearing up fan mail without care. She also loses interest in her students if they fail to meet her standards fairly quick.
Kirara Hanazono
Voiced by: Nako Eguchi (speaking), Miho Amane (singing)
- Animal Motif: Sheep. Not only are they heavily focused in her brand Fuwafuwa Dream, she looks and acts like one, and she even has a big fluffy pink pet sheep named Caroline.
- Ironically, she is not a Bitch in Sheep's Clothing.
- But Not Too Foreign: Hails from New Zealand.
- Expy: Visually very similar to Nina from the original Aikatsu series.
- Nice Girl: She's among one of the nicest in the series despite being from a rival group. She shares her brand with Ako and get along with her fine, is able to take Elza's eccentricities despite her cruelty, and overall is friendly
Rei Kizaki
Voiced by: Natsumi Fujiwara (speaking), Rie Fujishiro (singing)
- Bifauxnen: Could easily be mistaken for a very handsome young man, specially when she acts as Elza's knight.
- Boyish Short Hair: The shortest hair out of the main cast.
- Expy: Her princely motif and physical appearance make her one to Hibiki from PriPara.
- Lady and Knight: Considering her heavy "prince" and "knight" motif, she serves as this to Elza. She will do anything if it's for Elza's sake.
Aria Futaba
Voiced by: Kaori Maeda (speaking), Ruka Endo (singing)
- But Not Too Foreign: Comes from Finland.
- Meaningful Name
- Early-Bird Cameo: She has make cameo in Episode 72 when watching 25th generation of S4 concert.
- Ascended Extra: She goes to the new central protagonist in the new series on the future and beyond. However, she will not longer been an Neo Venus Ark student anymore.
