• No Indoor Voice: Neither of them. One of them is literally shouting at you from possibly the back of the room.
• No Name Given: They're credited as "Accountant 1" and "Accountant A" respectively.
• Those Two Guys
• Voice with an Internet Connection: More like Voices with a Phone Signal.
• What the Hell, Hero?: The background one chews you out about your actions in the end sequence of Plus. He is promptly drowned out by the foreground voice's talking.
  Background Accountant: Well you caused a lot of suffering in there. Lots of people died. Lots of people lost their loved ones.
