Providing plenty of Pac-Beats since 1980.

With a history dating back to 1980, it should come as no surprise that the franchise has served up a great library of music to eat ghosts to.

Click here for music from the Pac-Man World trilogy.

  • Pac-Man Arrangement:
    • World 1, an energetic foot-tapping tune with a great techno house sound and a drum kit that keeps the action going.
    • World 0, the Toy Box World, has a catchy and ethereal sound with electric pianos, heavy synth bass, and a drum kit to drive the infectious melody.
  • Ms. Pac-Man Maze Madness gives us Cleopactra, a catchy-as-hell and fun soundtrack with an Egyptian feel and playful techno sound.
  • Pac-Man: Adventures in Time:
    • The Intermission between mazes. A remix of the original Pac-Man theme with classic sound effects from the original arcade games makes Breather Levels a bit more awesome.
    • The Future (first variant). The last set of levels doesn't have a Part B to it (as with the other time zones in the game), but the fact that this is the last stage of the game sends chills down one's spine as one attempts to complete these mazes and finish the game.
  • In Mario Kart Arcade GP, Pac-Man Cup has nods to Pac-Land.
  • Pac-Man Championship Edition: The original only had one piece of music, but the bass patterns leave you on the edge of the seat the entire time. The last minute of play adds certain tunes that tell of this time crunch. It has since made its way into its following sequels below.
  • Pac-Man Championship Edition DX:
    • Even the menu music is awesome. The DX+ version adds a playable variant in regular gameplay, and turns the awesomeness factor up even more.
    • Pac Rainbow has an upbeat techno tune and it really fits the Amazing Technicolor Battlefield to make it feel like a dance party. The music also goes great with the fast-paced action!
    • Pac Steps is a drum-and-bass song that starts out with organic instruments in the first half before transitioning to electro in the second half. It especially picks up the pace as the timer clocks down to the one minute mark.
  • Championship Edition 2:
    • The initial main menu theme is quite a catchy techno tune, while the Nintendo Switch version has a more relaxed beat.
    • "Pac Jump Up!" as the theme for the first course. 5 minutes too short?
    • Pac Rainbow comes back, with a remix at the very first part of the song.
    • Pac Sky Emotion is a joyous arcade-styled techno runthrough with all the high energy pacing that honors Pac-Man's roots yet feels very modern in turn. It's likely for that reason that this track - along with the frenetic Pac Twin Attack - temporarily replaced the stage music for the Arena stage in Tekken 7 in honor of Pac-Man's 40 year anniversary.
    • Pac Drive. Perfect for fast-paced action and quick reactions.
    • Pac Baby is an incredibly catchy and funky theme that will likely give one the irresistible urge to dance while chomping ghosts. The 3 minute version became popular from a certain minus8 viral video.
    • Pac Toy-Box is an upbeat and energetic electric march with nods to Pac-Man Arrangement's soundtrack thrown into it.
    • Pac-Terror is an upbeat and terrifyingly great techno piece that is perfect for running away from ghosts.
