Literature

• There was actually a joke book named Pac-Mania years before the official game of the same name came out. It consists of Pac-Man being shown as various objects or people related to his name (e.g. a six-pac, a pac-scratcher, Pac-Man & Robin, a hockey pac, a Pac-stabber, and the Leader of the Pac), weird and wacky transformations (Pac-Zilla, Prehistoric Pac-Man, Pac-Man with a stiff upper lip, Pac-Man after having been chewed out by his boss, Pac-Man with a forked tongue), and just Pac-Man in places where it's amusing to see him (Pac-Man out to lunch, Pac-Man's driver's license photo, Pac-Men on Hollywood Squares).

• Man-Pac is a Game Mod named after the resident Original Character Man-Pac, a failed clone of Pac-Man made for an unknown purpose, who has to avoid Sue, Funky, Spunky, and Tim while eating pellets and fruits in a wide array of wacky new mazes.
