- The blend of Practical Effects and CGI made to bring to life the fleshy alien monsters doesn't get the recognition it deserves; the animatronics and makeup help make the creatures look real because they're in front of the camera, and the CGI complements them by making the movements of the animatronic parts smoother (instead of clunky) and gives an additional sliminess to the already disgusting Body Horror designs.
- Special note has to go to Starla for calmly confronting her now fully Eldritch Abomination husband to determine if there's anything left to try and save, and when it was clear Grant Grant was gone, trying to stab him with a hairbrush. It was just as effective as it sounds, but damn, girl, points for trying!
- When Bill gets to the house where Starla and Parasite Grant are at, he tries to throw a grenade but Parasite Grant throws it to the couch which causes Bill and Kylie to look for it and when Bill finally found it Parasite Grant pushes him out of the window which causes the grenade to go into the pool but when Parasite Grant tries to turn Bill into a womb, Bill uses his quick thinking to tie up one of them to a gas tank which shows that Bill may not be an Action Hero but he knows how to do a quick thinking to make up for it.
