What would be the best way to fix the page?
At issue:
Water Works is supposed to be about being held in contempt for crying, but it's constantly misused to refer to crybabies or crying in general. Misuse is so rampant that actual correct examples of the trope are rare.
This issue has been resolved and voting is closed.
Repurpose Water Works as a redirect to Tear Tropes.
Restore the original definition of the trope as "Crying as a sign of weakness" (most importantly, switch the current laconic version which has unnecessarily made the trope much too specific).
Rename the trope and clean up misuse.
