What would be the best way to fix the page?
At issue:
Completely Missing The Point is currently massively misused as a complaining gateway, or as "anyone missing the point about anything at any time." This trope is really supposed to be a humor trope in which someone misses a glaringly obvious point no matter how often it's brought up.
What should be done about this?

+9 (yeas:24 nays:15) Rename this trope and repurpose Completely Missing The Point, either as the Stock Phrase or as what people are currently using it as (anyone missing the point about anything).
+1 (yeas:4 nays:3) Rename the trope and faux-redlink Completely Missing The Point (a la This Troper), leaving it as a redirect to the renamed trope.
-2 (yeas:11 nays:13) Leave name as is, clean up wicks and potholes, and appoint a curator to prevent further abuse.
