+15 (yeas:14 nays:0) One name: Kefka Palazzo: Dressing as a clown, acting like a buffon for most of the game, while taking refuge in audacity and doing what twelve ordinary RPG villains could barrely do if they worked together, establishing a very high standard for what a Complete Monster has to be in a video game.
+10 (yeas:10 nays:1) Galuf getting dropped to 0 HP...and still continuing to beat on Exdeath with extreme prejudice, to Exdeath's shock. So awesome.

+3 (yeas:3 nays:0) Shadow stopping Kefka on the Floating Continent allowing the party to get away even though he may die in the process, Shadow really does die if you don't wait for him making his sacrifice all the more greater.
