Unfortunately, those versions were roundly ignored as soon as someone felt like using those characters in a different book. They included Ultimate versions of the Hulk, the Black Widow, and the Fantastic Four that bore far more resemblance to their 616 counterparts than to what would later become the canon Ultimate versions.
