* CultClassic: Its legacy as a legendarily bad FMV game with corny acting has given it a following that continues to the present day, to the point that it is being rereleased for a ''modern'' platform.

We don't get those unless you let [[spoiler:one of the Martins]] escape. Wouldn't it have been cooler to see [[spoiler:the previous sleep over guests now vamped come attacking you for blood]]? Heck, they could've allowed at least [[spoiler:Cindy to be bitten so you'd have to face her undead form later]]. Even if you do save all the girls, most of them are last seen running away from augers to who knows where. It might have been cool if they all showed up to help Kelly and you for the big finale.

* AngstWhatAngst: The final sequence of the game has [[spoiler:the Martins chase Kelly around the house as you trap them one by one. Strangely, none of them seem to mind much that their family members are being trapped and killed in front of them.]]

The whole idea of the game being the subject of hearings in regards to its content, since it is downright chaste compared to ''Mortal Kombat'' and later Mature-rated games.
