After his machinations land Gabriel's Horn in his waiting paws, Red nearly succeeds in his plan to use it in dragging all dogs down from Heaven and straight into Hell, leaving it a "cat's world, now!" Misuse. This is for when the plot is driven by multiple characters all making stupid decisions, not simply one foolish character. Annabelle may have had poor character judgement and/or was too trusting, but this doesn't quite make it a full-on Idiot Plot.
