In the Greenback Jane arc, when Chang and Revy are shooting their way out of the Black Lagoon offices, they cooperate smoothly and effectively. Chang is giving her advice and counseling on how to play situations like this. Revy was polite, respectful and took the advice to heart. That's completely out of character unless she was talking to a blood relative who was also her mentor. She also admits that she has a long way to go before she reaches Chang's standards. Normally, when she meets an expert in her line of business, her reaction is to stage a terminal confrontation. Not admit she is the inferior of the two. Now, Chang is his mid-thirties, Revy about ten years younger so he can't be her real father. But was Chang's elder sister Revy's mother? If he was her uncle, that would explain the relationship between them and why Revy was in Roanapur at all. It's also worth noting that Chang and Rock have a cordial relationship that seems unusual. But, Chang will know that Revy and Rock are a couple even if neither of them have admitted it yet and will see that Rock is the anchor that's keeping Revy sane and attached to normality. So he smiles on Rock and envisages him as a potential family member.

In story telling terms, Benny is tuning out to be pretty much of a null character with his only real contributions being his hacking skills. Feng is his equal or better in that line and brings much more in the way of interaction within the crew.

It is possible that select few of Hotel Moscow got to the kids before their final assault and negotiated the plan with them, then Hotel Moscow faked their death, partially for communist's honor (as the kids were suggested to be Nicolae Ceausescu's kids) and mostly because they wanted to get more information on the sicilian Mafia as they are the ones who hired them to do this mission. And they kept it a secret from everyone so that they can launch a surprise attack later. They used some tricks to show Hansel's hand to be exploding.

* She's being portrayed as almost a DistaffCounterpart to Rock in a way, but she's a strong and independant character who's won both Rock's and Revy's respect already. More importantly, she's already resolved herself to dying in Roanapur and is more concerned with the way she goes out. Having her ''actually die'' at the end of the arc would be as predictable as tossing a coin and betting on whether or not it comes down, the arc will really only be ''interesting'' if she survives. Besides, there haven't been any new major characters (that is, who get to exist outside of their own self-contained arc like Roberta or Yukio) added to the series since we first met Chang way back when, the cast could do with a bit of a shakeup and don't you think adding another woman to the Lagoon team would REALLY shake up the character dynamics? Feng's smart, ruthless, daring, and at least knows how to use a gun, but she's also uptight, bitter and only moderately attractive. She's almost a middle ground between Rock and Revy. She'd be an ideal addition to the main cast, especially considering how she'd shake up things between the two of them.

Balalaika used to do business with Zakhaev, but lost contact with him after witnessing his assassination attempt at the hands of Captain Price in Pripyat. Also, Pvt. Ramirez, the hero from MW2, is a distant relative of Roberta, explaining his unstoppable [[{{Badass}} badassery]].
