* Buzz getting disintegrated at the beginning. Sure, it's a video game, but yeah.

* To [[Tropers/HiddenFacedMatt me]] the most disturbing scene is when Lotso ordered Woody and his friends thrown into the dumpster, while [[WouldHurtAChild smacking Big Baby around]] ''at the same time''. Big Baby did so much for Lotso... took prisoners to solitary confinement, acted as main guard while Lotso slept, etc... and yet, Lotso still hit Big Baby for saying "mama" once, and/or for crying, with the latter being something Big Baby obviously couldn't control. Lotso's such a tyrant that even helping him maintain his grip of power won't prevent him from treating you like crap.
