However, the EMP's limited range allows Kamimura to take the severed hand far from his friends.]]

** [[http://scp-wiki.net/scp-654 SCP-654 ("Thunderhorn")]]. SCP-654 is a {{mutant}} narwhale that can fire lightning bolts from its horn. It uses them to kill seals so it can eat them.

** Circuit Breaker is primarily a {{Technopath}}, but as a RequiredSecondaryPower she generates and absorbs electricity, though she can't really control it except by discharging the current frequently. Since she can hold a charge in the hundreds of thousands of volts, this makes touching or even approaching her quite dangerous, and she often overloads electronic devices just by being near them.
