Miss Fame (born Kurtis Dam-Mikkelsen) is an American Drag Queen, make-up artist, model and recording artist. They are most well-known for their appearance on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race as well as their successful modelling career.

Before moving to New York in 2011, Miss Fame worked as a male model in California. They began working as a make-up artist whilst performing in drag as Miss Fame on the side.

Miss Fame was spotted by photographer, Mary McCartney (daughter of Paul McCartney and Linda McCartney) who featured them in her book, Devoted. Miss Fame has also been the make-up artist for celebrities such as Wendy Williams, Michael Urie and various Jersey Shore cast members including Snooki and JWoww.

Miss Fame was cast on the seventh season of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2014, showcasing their immaculate fashion and make-up artistry throughout. They were eliminated on the ninth episode, placing them in seventh place overall. After their elimination, Miss Fame released their debut album, Beauty Marked and was also signed to IG Models Paris in 2016. They have also featured as a background dancer for Christina Aguilera and released their own make-up line in 2018.

They have their own YouTube channel where they provide in-depth make-up tutorials, with their series, Painted By Fame being particularly popular.

  • Country Mouse: Grew up on a chicken farm which they describe to the other contestants on RuPaul's Drag Race and shows off their chicken tattoo on their arm.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Fame grew up with a mother who was addicted to drugs and passed away when they were young. Their biological dad was not present. They were raised by their grandparents, however when they were 15, their grandfather was murdered. Fame also describes having issues with addiction themself but has overcome that in the present day.
