There are entire web sites dedicated to listing actual porn ripoffs of popular media -- most of them NotSafeForWork, naturally. It's also a common game to take normal media titles and see how many porn titles they can be twisted into. Most of the times [[ShallowParody the only parody is the title]].

Curiously, there's also been a trend in the porn industry is for higher-budget, better-made, parodies that recreate the works they're spoofing with careful attention to detail... but reject parody titles in favor of adding a simple "This Ain't" prefix or "A XXX Parody" suffix to the original title.
