*** Number 6 blew up a house and nobody came after her. Compared to that, smacking down a couple of JerkAss bullies is a tiny blip on the radar. Also, bit of an exaggeration on the villains. They came off like jokers on a road trip who scared kids.

** He is trying to keep a low profile. The guy is being hunted by an entire alien race that make the Nazi look like the Red Cross. He can't just go around showing his alien abilities off without consequences.

* When the Mogadorians came to Earth, presumably to tap all of its resources, why didn't they just get on with it and not bother hunting the Garde? They clearly arrived at basically the same time so the kids wouldn't have been able to fight back, and it's not like they have a personal vendetta against these kids, is it? Even if they wanted to kill them ForTheEvulz, they could have got what they needed from Earth and then offed them all if the destruction of Earth hadn't done so already. Seriously, what is their fascination with killing them besides "when they all hit puberty and get together they could be of some threat to our plans"? -> complete your plans before this happens. Are they worried about them going back to Lorien to restore the planet that they (the Mogs) destroyed? Why? They only wanted the resources, so the Garde going back and healing their planet is actually ''beneficial'' to the Mogadorians, as there will be more resources for them to steal once it's all done. Worried about these kids eventually growing up and avenging their planet? Destroy their new home, Earth, while they're still young and then off them now that they're (presumably) revealed, or leave them to die. How much of a threat do they really pose, anyway? It seemed pretty easy to dispose of their entire planet before, and you can plan ahead for if they ever do attack. Surely, though, they'll be able to see that their chances are kinda slim as it's the 23 and a couple chimæra of them against, you know, the entire planet of Mogadore, and reestablishing their own planet would probably be their first priority.

* Is it ever explained why John didn't just kick the bullies collective asses in the movie? They seriously deserved it after all. Instead, John just gives Mark a light shove after the locker bomb AND Mark attempting to brutally beat Sam. It just makes John come off as kinda wimpy really.

** It's pretty much magic, though. When you can do things like prevent people from dying as long as their assigned "number" is still alive and have them feel the deaths of others, it can't really be explained with technology.

* I don't know if it's like this in the books (I hear he later gets the power to talk to animals) but in the movie I've noticed that Four has the same powers as [[http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/VideoGame/Infamous Cole MacGrath]], he has a [[http://infamous.wikia.com/wiki/Precision the long beam attack]], has light on his hands, he can [[http://infamous.wikia.com/wiki/Pulse_Heal heal people with said light]], turn vehicles back on and [[http://infamous.wikia.com/wiki/Electromagnetic_Shockwave push things with some sort of wave]].

Though to be fair, Mark does get what's coming to him in the book.

* Was it ever explained why John didn't just beat down Mark or why Sarah stopped him when he was about to do so? I mean, it was clear that Mark was an utter JerkAss, and everybody knew it, so what was the problem?
