* WorldOfActionGirls: This fic's whole premise is that only women are born with Quirks, and almost every male Quirk user from canon (with the sole exception of Izuku) is gender-flipped to fit this mold. Obviously in a setting where only women have superpowers, ''of course'' this means that every single powerful hero and villain is almost universally female. In fact, Izuku being the first Quirk user to be a male is considered a ''huge'' deal in-universe due to how unprecedented it is.

* AdaptationalContextChange: By all indications, when Izuku tripped over something right before the U.A. Entrance Exam, it was just an accident. Here's it's strongly implied Nezumi engineered that incident.

* MrsRobinson: Mitsuki Bakugo likes to [[TheTease tease]] Izuku a lot, such as asking him to put lotion on her back while wearing a [[BarelyThereSwimwear skimpy bikini]] when they run into each other at the beach, and has been referred to as a cougar by her own daughter once.

* ADateWithRosiePalms:
** Subverted with Izuku, as Total Command has subconsciously prevented him from building up sexual arousal. Nana and him have a brief moment where they ponder over this when she looks back into his memories to find he has never masturbated in his life.
** After [[AccidentalPervert accidentally watching]] [[PrimalScene Izuku and Ochako having sex]], Miruko runs to the nearest bathroom to get some relief from her sudden arousal.

* PrimalScene: [[spoiler:Miruko accidentally eavesdrops on Izuku and Ochako having sex in the hospital, leading her to seek ADateWithRosiePalms.]]

** Total Command allows Izuku to consciously and unconsciously control all of his body's functions, One for All allows its holder to supercharge their body. Izuku using One for All without trying to direct it supercharges organs like his heart, bursting blood vessels.
** Izuku being unable to breathe for several minutes ends up causing partial brain death, only getting to survive thanks to Total Command being able to use the surviving parts to get by and his ability to regenerate.
** The USJ Battle causes the Class 1-A students to have PTSD from seeing Izuku almost dying.
** Izuku's reveal at the Sports Festival involves him flexing his way out of a glacier and giving off green lightning. This display of a Quirk by a man on public television makes him instantly famous. Furthermore, some think he is a transsexual woman, as Quirks have belonged solely to women for centuries and it is thought impossible for a man to have one, and others come to conclusions such as nanobots inside him or genetic experimentation.
** Endeavor instantly decides to try and have Izuku's child. Her extreme desire to sire a hero to surpass All Might led her to seek out Rei to have children with powerful Quirks. When a genetic man shows up with a physique and a Quirk that surpass her masterpiece, she instantly decides to try again with his DNA.

* ChickMagnet: Izuku. His Quirk allows him to essentially become the epitome of manliness, which already attracts several women, especially his 1-A classmates. When he unveils One For All during his match against Shoko at the Sports Festival, however, is when things go UpToEleven and BeyondTheImpossible -- in mere moments, he becomes the ''de facto'' most attractive man on the planet, with nearly every woman in the world wanting to jump his bones. As one reader notes, the majority of Izuku's ridiculously high amount of internship offers are thinly-veiled booty calls.

* AmbiguouslyBi: Mineta really admires Midoriya's hot bod, but she is also somewhat surprised to realize she's also appreciating some of the other girls as well.

** Mineta is still a pervert with a penchant for peeping or wanting to grope people from the opposite sex - only, this time Mineta's only target is Izuku.

** Also, Mineta manages to win the exam on her own.

* OpenMouthInsertFoot: Mineta does this constantly (until her mother teaches her to stop doing it after the Sports Festival). The consequences of this leave her terrified of Izuku.

* SuperheroPackingHeat: When a villain takes Mineta as a hostage, Momo creates a shotgun with bean bag rounds and shoots the villain on her chest.

After the Sports Festival tournament, Recovery Girl strikes the ground with her cane in frustration over Izuku's foolhardiness, Shoko wakes up instantly ready for a fight, claiming it as 'reflexes'. Izuku really doesn't want to think about how those reflexes came up to be.

* MrFanservice: Izuku's status as such is discussed and made very explicit by the girls. 1-B's groupchat consists mostly of the girls admitting their sexual attraction.

* AdaptationalJerkass: Endeavor comes off as being a lot worse than her canon, male counterpart. For example, canon!Endeavor was shown to have some level of affection for his wife Rei and feels proud of Shoto for how well he's doing, while TC!Endeavor only kept Rei close as the means to fulfill her "quest" to have the hero that will displace All Might, bribes a hospital director to keep Rei interned even though the doctors have given her a clean bill of health and drops Shoko like a hot potato when the chance to have a more powerful child comes up.

Whether this is how she was when she was alive or a side effect of being an One-for-All "ghost" inhabiting a teenager's body is unknown.

* MusclesAreMeaningless: Pony Tsunotori, who is a lithe girl that barely stands 155 cm (5'1) from the ground, is capable of easily lifting Izuku (who is 195 cm (6'4) tall and weighs 150 kg) without a problem.

* BadDreams: several members of Class 1-A suffer them after the USJ incident.
